★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please put a box of tissues in the room itself and add a USB charger. The pool administrator has the obsession to close the pool as soon as possible even though it says that it's open till 8pm.
Well, that's the only complaint I have. Absolutely amazing hotel, everything is top quality on par with incredible surrounding scenery. Joker card gives you so much extra stuff like bike rental (doing MTB from 2km peaks is just unbelievable), free access to the mountain cable cars around, etc., etc., and etc. One of the best place in Europe from where I've been. Staff is very friendly and nice! Special thanks to Charlie (waiter) who was very responsive to all our requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is amazing mostly due to the staff. Having members of our party stay multiple times, this has been the best so far. The main reason for this is the staff. Carlos and Nikolai served us all week and we could not have asked for better, more attentive service. All week we felt at home and our friends and family will visit years to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with our weeks stay. The facilities were great, there's a lot of spaces to relax in the spa area. Couple of jacuzzis, indoor/ outdoor swimming pool and many saunas and a steam room. Plus there's actually a couple of relaxation rooms with day beds.
The service from the restaurant to the bar was fantastic. Everyone very welcoming and they even catered for one of the parties gluten free needs for all meals every day.
The rooms were great, the only thing missing was a kettle to make tea ☕️ but if you needed one it's not too far away in the communal areas.
Overall very impressed and would recommend.
