The service is excellent the atmosphere is nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing cafe, great service, and lots of menu options. Doubles as a cafe and bar and plenty of dessert options available. The staff was very accommodating, helped us with the menu and suggested some seasonal options. Wonderful Christmas decor to really get you in the spirit during the holidays. So glad we stopped by during our holiday vacation in Pertisau. This was a great rescue from the snowy weather and is a must visit if you're in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a wonderful ambiance with amazing views of the lake and mountains. The seating is plentiful and comfortable. The service was very prompt and our server had a friendly, positive demeanor and spoke perfect English as well. We ordered hot cocoa, hot milk, and a rose spritz and everything was so delicious! The hot cocoas and milk each came with a different little cookie, each was scrumptious and tasted very fresh and of high quality ingredients. The cookies were so tasty that I wanted to buy some to take back with us. I Asked the bartender if they sold the cookies they served with our hot cocoa and he said no but if we liked them he would give us more and he gave us some cookies free of charge. Very excellent customer service! The overall experience was very pleasant. Don't miss out on this jewel of a cafe!
