Š	Šarūnas Sn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the hotel has old style bathroom with shower, you have to wait nearly 2 mins till the hot water becomes hot.. and if thats not enough the room we stayed was clearly not cleaned, because we found used condom between our bed. AMAZING Experience
g	glenn radder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Apperently they overbooked our room, but we got a free upgrade! ? Beds were good, not to hard not to soft. Bathroom was okay, small shower and not a stable temprature. All by all, for a 1 nighter i am very pleased!
A	Abby deSilva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here over the summer for 3 weeks as part of a study abroad program. The Karwendel is conveniently located near a bus stop. Here you can catch the 2 and get right into downtown Innsbruck. A mall is also right across the street from the hotel. Management is very nice. If you ask reception, you can get a fan and a hairdryer. There is also a laundry room in the basement - 1 euro for washer, 1 euro for dryer. However, the cleaning staff will barge into your room without knocking (even if the door is locked... they use the master key). The pillows are VERY flat. The Wi-Fi is also very spotty. The best aspect of this hotel is the location.
M	Martina Hignite on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very friendly, the breakfast selection is really good (no decaf available). Wifi works! Parking available. Only four stars because the rooms are pretty basic, a little dorm like.
B	Bethany Simpson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for more than one night. The lights in the entire room flickered for 12 seconds before turning on. Eventually the hallway light went out completely and we couldn’t get it fixed. Our shower was too small to stand in, let alone cleanse yourself. The bed sheets never got changed. If you’re on a low level floor at the back of the building don’t open your window because there are people walking by 24/7. Noise travels through the walls. Unless you’re used to city life you may not get much sleep. Don’t expect to get any more than one soap bar per visit either. You better be out of your room by 10:00 as well because there are no deadbolts on the doors and the maids don’t knock. Also, don’t try to tell them to leave because they will continue to “clean” around you as you’re in your pjs in bed. Free breakfast wasn’t bad.

Only 20 min away from center, tram station nearby. 70s-80s retro style rooms. If you wanna stay for short tine and not expensive i would recommend this place for simple journey. Enjoy.
A	Arun Dawar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is very close to center. You can even walk or catch the tram close to hotel. Rooms were very clean and well equipped. But yes there was not any kettle and mini bar. But it was not needed for us. There was breakfast available and it was decent.
