★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel and rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning has a lot of good varieties. The hotel has a nice view of the mountain. Nice to wake up in the morning with a beautiful view. I will be staying there again for sure. Definitely a 5 star from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is located a little outside the city center and near the airport. You can take a bike to the city, which is like 10-15 minutes. The rooms are clean. There’s a gym and a sauna in the hotel, which is included. We’ve booked breakfast, which has everything you want, the staff is really friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never in my life have I been treated this way by a hotel - and by that I mean with kindness, humanity and care. I had a skiing accident after which I was unable to walk. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to assist me in any way they possibly could and facilitated a late check out at 2 pm at no extra cost. One member of staff even offered to drive me to the airport in her own time! I was blown away by the treatment I have received. On top of that, the hotel is fantastic, so close to the airport, clean and the sauna is lovely too. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen in my life with not too many things but those available loaded with freshness. Thank you Hotel Penz for looking after me when I was down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For an 'airport hotel' it was great. Clean, contemporary, good restaurant, nice bar area, good room size, great bathroom with rainfall shower, friendly staff. Just 5 min walk to the airport terminal and direct bus line to downtown Innsbruck. If this is what you need easy choice!
