Einfach nur CHAPEAU! Und wir sehen uns bestimmt Mal wieder. Thank you very much again for your spontaneous readiness and accommodation on this Monday in August with heavy rain and unfortunately also mudslides. We couldn't go to Wagrain anymore and you helped us. Just CHAPEAU! And we will definitely see each other again.

Zum ausprobieren fehlte leider die Zeit. Es ist auch Recht klein. Gesch. 6-8 Pers. Dann wird's eng. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns gefordert. Alles da. Müsli, Marmelade, Kuchen, Wurst, Käse, Rührei, gebr. Schinkenspeck... Coole Tee-Theke. Zwei Häuser unterirdisch miteinander verbunden. Die Kids waren hin und weg. Zimmer war großzügig, separates WC, alles schön sauber.... One night in transit with 4 people. Very friendly welcome. Very nice house. The swimming pool looks really cute. Unfortunately, there was not enough time to try it out. It's also quite small. Business 6-8 people Then it gets tight. The breakfast buffet challenged us. Everything is there. Muesli, jam, cake, sausage, cheese, scrambled eggs, fried. Bacon ... Cool tea counter. Two houses connected underground. The kids were blown away. Room was spacious, separate toilet, everything was nice and clean ....

x	xerca 10 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na alle positieve reviews waren wij toch een beetje teleurgesteld na ons verblijf in Hotel Hartl. Dit is geen 4 sterrenhotel , eerder een degelijk 3 sterren hotel. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was netjes, maar eerder ouderwets en dan vooral de badkamer: een kleine douchecabine met een gewone mengkraan die je onder het douchen constant moet bijregelen omdat het water dan weer te koud of te warm wordt. Zoiets hoort niet thuis in een 4 sterren hotel. Onze grootste teleurstelling was echter het eten. Het ontbijt was nog wel ok, maar heel gewoontjes: dingen als vers geperst fruitsap of gerookte zalm zal je hier niet vinden. Het avondeten heeft ons geen enkele keer gesmaakt. Voorgerechten bestonden uit vreemde keuzes als bv. chicken wings a volante of varkenribbetjes, dingen die je eerder verwacht in een all you can eat fastfood restaurant. De hoofdgerechten waren vrij smakeloos en weinig verfijnd en ook de nagerechten waren niet vers bereid maar leken eerder kant en klaar aangekochte bereidingen waar dan nog wat room of chocolade was aan toegevoegd en smaakten ook naargelang. Zoiets is misschien aanvaardbaar in een 3 sterren hotel, maar van een 4 sterren verwachten wij toch iets beter. After all the positive reviews, we were a bit disappointed after our stay at Hotel Hartl. This is not a 4 star hotel, rather a decent 3 star hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was neat, but rather old-fashioned, especially the bathroom: a small shower cubicle with an ordinary mixer tap that you constantly have to adjust while showering because the water then becomes too cold or too hot. Such a thing does not belong in a 4 star hotel. Our biggest disappointment, however, was the food. The breakfast was still ok, but very ordinary: you will not find things like freshly squeezed fruit juice or smoked salmon here. We did not enjoy dinner once. Starters consisted of strange choices such as chicken wings a volante or pork ribs, things you would expect in an all you can eat fast food restaurant. The main courses were rather tasteless and not very refined and the desserts were not freshly prepared, but seemed more like ready-made preparations to which some cream or chocolate had been added and also tasted accordingly. Something like this might be acceptable in a 3 star hotel, but we expect something better from a 4 star.
