Bei uns war alles sehr Super, sehr nette leute, der Service den man bei einem Appartement bieten kann war hervorragend, es war Sauber und alles in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Gerne wollten wir wieder dort hin nur leider haben wir uns beim reservieren zu viel Zeit gelassen undbes war Ausgebucht. Gerne wieder!! I don't know if that's the case but I claim that the bad rating below was written by a resident from Flachau. With us everything was very great, very nice people, the service you can offer in an apartment was excellent, it was clean and everything in good condition. We wanted to go there again, but unfortunately we took too much time to reserve and it was fully booked. Gladly again!!

Weg vorbei spaziert sind, schrie er uns an und drohte uns mit Schlägen. VORSICHT bei so einem Thyrannen möchte man mit Sicherheit kein Apartment buchen. CAUTION before the owner. A total dog haters !! When we were at his house with our little dog on a public !! Walking away, he yelled at us and threatened us with punches. CAUTION on such a tyrant you would certainly not book an apartment.
M	Martin Scherb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind Stammgäste der ersten Stunde und seit 10 Jahren sehr gerne im Haus Michaela. Das Appartement ist mit 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bädern/WC'S und einer Wohnküche wirklich komfortabel. Und wenn man einmal was vergessen hat, kann man sich das bei den immer freundlichen und netten Gastgebern jederzeit ausborgen. Dazu ist die Lage perfekt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist gerade einmal 50m entfernt, der 6er Sessellift Space Jet 1 und die dortigen Apres Ski Lokale sind mit den Skier in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wer also einen Urlaub in familiärer Atmosphäre und top Lage genießen will, der ist im Haus Michaela bestens aufgehoben. We are regulars of the first hour and for 10 years very much in the house Michaela. The apartment is with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms / WC's and a kitchen very comfortable. And if you have forgotten something, you can borrow at the always friendly and nice hosts at any time. The location is perfect for that. The nearest supermarket is just 50m away, the 6-person chairlift Space Jet 1 and the local apres ski pubs can be reached within a few minutes by skis. So if you want to enjoy a holiday in a family atmosphere and top location, is in the house Michaela in good hands.

Sowohl Unterkunft als auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend - auch unserem Hund gegenüber!!! Ich war zuerst ein wenig skeptisch, weil ich auch einen Hund habe und kurz vor dem bereits gebuchten Urlaub die schlechte Bewertung gelesen habe. Aber wie gesagt: lief alles bestens und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön und wir sind jeden Tag zu Fuß zum Lift. Was wirklich praktisch war. Und auch unser Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt und wurde von der vermieterfamilie freundlich empfangen. Also von uns: nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!!! Can only recommend the place: had a very nice time there! Both accommodation and the landlord were very nice and accommodating - even to our dog! I was a bit skeptical at first, because I also have a dog and read the bad rating just before the holiday already booked. But as I said: everything went well and we felt very comfortable. The accommodation was clean and nice and we are walking to the lift every day. Which was really practical. And also our dog felt well and was welcomed friendly by the landlord family. So from us: next year gladly again !!!
J	Jose van grunsven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waren in dit appartement met 6 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen. Elke slk heeft een eigen badkamer. Alles in prima staat. De keuken is prima uitgerust. Eigenaren heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Op kerstavond werden we verrast met een mini-kerstboom en een grote schaal met zelfgemaakte koekjes. Zo warm! Het appt ligt op loopafstand van de piste. We were in this apartment with 6 adults and 2 small children. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything in great condition. The kitchen is well equipped. Owners very friendly and welcoming. On Christmas Eve we were surprised with a mini Christmas tree and a large bowl with homemade cookies. So hot! The appt is within walking distance of the slopes.
L	Linda van den Berg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijn appartement met Super aardige eigenaresse. Ze deed de was voor ons en had met kerst zelfs een boompje en zelfgebakken koekjes voor ons. Onze dochter mocht gebruik maken van de slee en de WiFi werkte erg goed. Fijne kamers met allen een eigen badkamer en je bent dicht bij de piste en de apres ski. Alles is erg netjes en schoon. Leefruimte is wel wat aan de kleine kant; met kleine kindjes en slechter weer, waren we veel aangewezen op het appartement en dan konden we alleen met elkaar in de keuken zitten. Geen enkel probleem als je hele dagen bent skiën, maar wat lastiger als je veel binnen bent. Al met al zeker een aanrader! Nice apartment with super nice owner. She did the laundry for us and even had a tree and homemade cookies for us at Christmas. Our daughter was allowed to use the sled and the WiFi worked very well. Nice rooms, all with private bathroom and you are close to the slopes and the apres ski. Everything is very neat and clean. Living space is a bit on the small side; with small children and bad weather, we were much dependent on the apartment and then we could sit alone in the kitchen. No problem if you are skiing all day, but more difficult if you spend a lot of time indoors. All in all, definitely recommended!
