T	Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, good selection at breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean. The Check In was friendly and fast, even though I arrived at 2am. Good option to stay in Graz.

M	Marcin Bagsik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are small. Air conditioning not efficient. During stay beginning of June was difficult to handle. However rooms are clean. Breakfast was good, the only thing was missing were soft boiled eggs. Staff was very helpful and plesant. Overal, it is overpaid for the quality.
r	ran rosenzweig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are a bit on the old style with the red carpet but every thing was good and working. Seems clean and staff is nice. Parking charge is on the high side (14euro), breakfast was good with all the basic and some more... Overall a good hotel with good location

There was a lot of different food. from sweet to dry and of course you can eat as many as you want from 6:30 to 10:00. -1 star for mattress in the room. It was too soft. In room you have safe, fridge, tv, desk, kettle, hangers, dryer, armchair. It was business travel, so I can't say anything about the Price.

S	Siegfried De Becker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was ok. Beds were good. People at the reception were very friendly. We booked a room for two adults and two children and asked a quiet room. The room was a bit small and the bathroom was oversized, it also was a bit outdated and old. We believe the room was intended for persons with a disability or in a wheelchair. The lack of a place to sit outside was also a bit of disappointment, the neighbourhood also doesn't offer a bar or cafe. If the hotel was close to the highway, it would've made an excellent overnight travel hotel. But for being in the city center, on a ten minute walk distance of the old centre, it didn't offer all the amenities one might expect. Parking rate is quite expensive also.
S	Sven W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad points: - We didn’t really like the beds, but that’s a personal thing of course. - We heard a lot of noise due to the traffic overnight and especially early in the morning. Good points: - Helpfull staff and very friendly. We appreciated the little “Guten Tags” and “Have fun” when we walked past the reception - The decoration inside the hotel looks very neat. - Big bathroom - We didn’t use the breakfast but it looked good - The tramstation is nearby, but you can walk to the city centre as well; location is great!
