 I recommend a nice apartment. Two rooms, bathroom + toilet, great kitchen with a living room. Close to the gondola, only 270m.

He even sourced a Christmas tree for us to complete a highly memorable visit. We love kaprun as a family skiing location and we always choose to stay here.
