★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes und schnelles Team. Örtlichkeit ist sehr unglücklich, da es kaum Parkplätze gibt und die Polizei immer ihre Kreise zieht und Strafzettel verteilt.
 Nice and fast team. The location is very unfortunate as there are hardly any parking spaces and the police are always making circles and handing out parking tickets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal war freundlich. Aber der Standort MITTEN in Linz in der Goethestr. ist für jemanden der außerhalb wohnt, gelinde gesagt, ungünstig! Parkplatzsuche, Anfahrtszeit usw. lassen mich jetzt 2x überlegen ob ich (wenn ich die Wahl habe) via DHL liefern lasse.
Staff was friendly. But the location MITTEN in Linz in the Goethestr. is unfavorable for someone who lives outside, to say the least! Searching for a parking space, arrival time etc. now let me think twice if I can (if I have the choice) have it delivered via DHL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top-Personal und superschneller Versand! Vor allem für größere und schwere Pakete sehr empfehlenswert, denn da ist die Post sauteuer und langsamer. Einzig der Standort ist suboptimal, vor allem wenn die beiden Parkplätze vor dem Store (Parkverbotszone, ausser Ladetätigkeit!) von ahnungslosen Dauerparkern verstellt sind.
Top staff and super fast shipping! Especially recommended for larger and heavier parcels, because the post is expensive and slower. Only the location is suboptimal, especially if the two parking spaces in front of the store (no parking zone, except for loading!) Are blocked by unsuspecting long-term parkers.

Pro Tipp: wer weiter weg wohnt kann über die Internetseite eine gratis Abholung buchen wenn man einen Paketschein hat ?
Super friendly, store location good, unfortunately only in the state capitals.
Pro tip: if you live further away you can book a free pick-up via the website if you have a parcel label ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Friday I had to receive a package, the courier left the ticket without ringing the doorbell, on Saturday my husband went to the DHL headquarters in Linz and the lady told us that on Monday the courier would come home again. Today, Monday 23.08.2021 I stayed at home all day, and the courier did not come.
