★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our reservation was cancelled for no reason by the hotel, one our before we could arrived. We constantly tried to call the hotel but they didn’t pick up. We also wrote an e-mail but we never got any answear for it. We went to the hotel to get some explanation but the receptionist (an indian guy) was rude, arrogant and lied to us. They gave our hotel room to someone else for a higher price. I really don’t know how to this happened and why booking (we made our reservation on booking.com) let this. The hotel is unreliable and make fool of their guests. PLEASE NEVER BOOK A ROOM IN THIS HOTEL, THEY ARE FRAUD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent one night there and it was nice. The room was clean and with everything needed (towels, soap and a kettle!).
The double bed was really confortable.
The included breakfast was nice, with a lot to choose from (coffee, juices, cereals, ham and cheese, breads, etc..).
The only downside was that the room was a bit noisy. The room being directly in front of a big street we could hear the traffic even with the windows closed. If you're a light sleeper, this could be a problem. In our case, it was fine.
We parked in the underground parking nearby (16€ from 2PM to 10AM the next morning)
The price was fair (65€ for two), so overall pretty great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made us homeless in the middle of the night! We booked and they cancelled in the last minute, we came from abroad... laughable! Please teach German to the receptionist he has problems with understanding!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was 0 star to review this hotel. We booked here to spend christmas and check in was 2 o clock. Although they wrote reception is 24h open, we waited 1:40~3:00pm and they never opened the reception. We had to wait outside in the rain for more then 2hours, they hadnt answer any call or email. We had to cancle all the plans for that day and waited at starbucks till 6pm, and they never ever shown up. Worst christmas ever thanks to evido rooms ? We had to reserve other hotel that night with higher cost, and had to call agoda more than 10 times for the refund, and this hotel is not giving refund till today. I am so mad that they are running hotel now without any apologize or refund. I think those who gave this hotel good reviews are payed actor.
