★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful, we'll maintained hotel. Rooms were pristine, and quite good sized. Breakfast was a good spread, and included hot eggs as well as the normal continental breakfast. Ample parking in the private lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a room for four days online. On day two of our stay. Be very careful of the type of room you book. There is an old and a new section of the hotel. We are in the old section over a busy road. Very noisy even through double pane glass. We have asked many times to be moved but we are told that the hotel is fully booked. We offered to pay an upgrade but it appears the Europe Bike guests have precedence over guests who book for longer periods. Not good management of a hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were cozy, the staff were all helpful and knowledgeable about the city, and convenience of the location makes this a nice place to stay in Salzburg.
The room was quite spacious. It had a lot of amenities: bed, personal bathroom, closet, table, television, water boiler, complementary tea and coffee, hair dryer, wifi, and phone.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us drop off our luggage and head to the city to explore.
My only feedback was the wifi connection dropped a lot. Not sure if it was my room or the signal strength wasn't good but overall Hotel Ganslhof was nice place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and spacious room, comfortable beds, basic toiletries provided and heaters are working well. Breakfast is very good, delicious and has good variety. Staff are also very helpful about local information and public transport. Great WiFi speed too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly, location was close to center but on a noisy street, construction workers start drilling at 7AM under the bedroom. The score went down to 1 star when we mentioned the noise to the manager and he literally start screaming, so not even friendly anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is friendly, breakfast has enough diversity and taste good. No available roomservice with food or snacks. Room are clean, however somewhat simple and outdated. Bathroom has what it needs. Shower is tiny. Don't expect to be able to shave your legs. Also not always warm water.
For the price expected more luxery.
Location is good, about 20min walk to the altstadt. But most rooms are on the road site. With warm weather room is hot, ventilator available, but no airco. Open window provides you a lot of noise during the night.
Overall okay, but won't come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really bad experience in the hotel. room was ok, very outdated but functional. Breakfast was good. The main issue is that the hotel is on the main road, and there is a lot of noise from the road and from the constructions just outside the hotel. The windows are not sound proof. The room is also very hot and there was only a very loud fan to help with that.
