★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what a fantastic hotel to stay ! We loved every minute of our stay here .The staff were very friendly and were more than happy to interact with our 3 year old. They even swapped some of the menu choices for him.
Can't recommend this hotel more highly.
To add to this the pool steam room and sauna are fab not forgetting the lovely children's play room for the really young and the other one for the older ones with a Fussball table and pc for internet .ps WIFI available throughout the hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superbly independently run gem of a hotel. Very comfortable and excellent service. Food is very good, very Austrian. All is very clean and tasteful. It's nearly opposite to Hannenman gondola lift and has spacious ski room. Pool and spa area is small but very clean and pleasant. Rooms are spacious and well equipped.service is very prompt and pleasant. Rooms are refreshed daily. Lovely place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay and found it very comfortable and with super staff who were both helpful and friendly. The room was a decent size and we had a lovely balcony for room 112 overlooking the town and a view of the mountains. Next door to the ski lift and an easy walk into the small village. The beds were foam and very comfortable.
The food was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Dinner food came as either off the menu or a buffet with a choice of entrees. We opted for the buffet which was very fulling to say the least.
The only negative is the door which was not very sound proof but the guests are so quiet and considerate of their neighbors it was not really an issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly helpful staff, comfortable clean rooms. Great location opposite Hahnenkamm lift. Delicious food, lovely salad buffet and amazing puddings. Good information about other things to do on daily bulletin at breakfast. Enjoyed our stay very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was fantastic, the buffet breakfast was more than adequate and the evening meal salad bar, you couldn't ask for more choice. Room was good size, everything was clean and the staff were all very helpful. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. No hesitation in recommending it.
