★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the dubble room, which has a king-sized bed and warm sheets. The room gets cleaned everyday. You get assigned a personal waiter for dinner. The service is excellent, dishes and other services are personally tailored in case wished. Breakfast is included, lunch too. All is self serviced expect dinner. Staff is furthermore helpful if you have questions regarding the local town. A special thanks to Patrick and Marc, both of who made the experience unforgettable.
Two reasons why it's not 5 star. First, the "scary eggman" (breakfast chef, mainly cooking eggs) never puts a smile on his face and is rather grumpy, resulting in a unfriendly atmosphere. Second, the lunch mainly consists out of pork, with the alternative being cakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is amazing. The service has been great from the moment we got here. The first room we got given had a bath and a balcony, but there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom so thry upgraded us to the best room in their hotel without any hassle. Both rooms were very clean and well maintained. The wellness area is superb. Would definitely recommend and return (if I came to this part of Austria again).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite hotel we've been around 4 times. in the morning they give you a brochure of the slopes weather, any news like night ski etc and tonights menu where you tick which options you would like and there is a great variety. Rooms cleaned SPOTLESSLY and a lovely warming environment. Thomas in the ski cellar and shop is perfect and will get you fitted right away. The apes ski is delicious with a wide range of snacks and drinks and soups etc. The spa is amazing and the pool is marvellous. My daughters who are 6 and 8 are allowed in which is great so my family enjoyed it. over new year there was an incredible live band and sometimes they have art galleries in the lobby. The bar is amazing and I reccomend ordering the 'Florida' mocktail, its delcious, This hotel makes me feel at home but living the luxury which I love. Amazing ski cellar which dosent smell too! if I could rate 10000/5 I would! Favourite hotel ever :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel, offers you a lot of different activities you can do inside when the weather is bad or you just want to chill a bit after a long day of skiing. Most fascinating for me is the outside infinity pool with +36 celzia and a big offer of saunas (7). The most amazing is the vibe of the workers there, especially the waiters who made you day by always smiling, saluting you and making an amazing service!!
It is worth of the money and you can really relax there with amazing food and drinks.
