Today in the evening a young person, allegedly a manager rushed in to the bar and took away the little cd player on low volume, while swearing at the waiter and my staff of 10 people emotionally complaining about some not existing noise?? And off she went. Couldn't get hold of her. The most rediculous experience I ever had...

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff work hard to make one feel entirely at home. The hotel offers sauna and steam facilities in a relaxed environment. The meals on a half board arrangement are excellent. I would give this hotel the highest recommendation. It is ideally situated to enjoy the outstanding experience of skiing in Obertauern.

The food was delicious and the employees are friendly and courteous. We weren't in the spa but it looks great. The location of the hotel is near to everything you need. I really recommend it and give you the tip to visit it.
S	Steve Justice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a long journey to reach the hotel, the welcome was quiet unfriendly. The rooms are not cosy at all, with old room decor. The hotel just changed the snack times in the afternoon, so that we had a problem to get something to eat at all, which means effectively to not fulfill the booking contract from the side of the hotel. Table dance bar inside the hotel, which leaves me behind irritated. Stay away.
