Only one downside, we got a 4 bed room and the sofa come bed was not comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were here for only one night, but the staff had proven themselves more than polite. We were running late for check in after a day in the Eagle's nest and after one call the receptionist told us she would leave or check in info and the room keys on the reception for us even though they work untill 21, and we came around 23. They did us a huge favor. The breakfast was very good and the parking was in the room price. All in all, it was a great stay and I hope to come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful hotel! Kind staff and caring owners, creating a warm atmosphere. Great breakfast buffet and very nice, clean rooms. Hotel was family-friendly and the location is great to explore Obertauern and the surroundings. So glad we stayed here, I highly recommend you do the same!
