Staff are a joy to behold, nothing is touch trouble.
The rooms are of an excellent standard and cleanliness is top rate
The restaurant and wine choice carry on where other more famous hotels finish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is very nice and very cosy and only 20 minutes by bus from Salzburg city center.
Breakfast is good but it could be a little more varied
However avoid the restaurant; it maybe ok for local customers, but by international standard , it is not.
It is very pricey for what it is and quality and choice of dishes are very limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far this has been our favorite hotel in Austria. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff were all friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Their breakfast buffet had an amazing selection of local cheeses, meats, breads, jams, and other items. Most importantly, to us, was the fact that even though they had a lot of occupants the hotel was still very quiet. One night in the summer it did get a little warm but the hotel maid must have anticipated this and left a fan for us in our room while we were out.

You must try their award winning on site restaurant while there! We will definitely stay here again.
