★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice new hotel with modern rooms, underground car park and good breakfast. The shower is really amazing and so was the view from out room.
Beds were horrible though, they should really invest in decent pillows and mattresses. You will need a car to reach the city centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with nice panoramic view and rooftop bar. If you’re dreaming about relaxing bath with the view it’s the place to go. I really appreciate late checkout and friendly staff despite the late hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only attraction here is the atmosphere, and therefore 2 stars.
The food and the drinks are overpriced but let's overlook that one. The ambient is in the price. Staff does not attend to guests properly and is always in a rush. The Manager herself sadly always sends back regulars even when there are many spots available- as they only weigh and wait on guests willing to (or at least appear) to spend a certain amount of €€.
We called over 5 times to ask about a reservation, no one was available. Upon arrival we got sent back (even though the restaurant was half empty) due to the many "reservations". Always the same with this place..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the rude customer service i have ever recieved in my Entire life. Un professional, rude women at the reception of the restaurant. When i try to book online the website is out of service. My suggestion is to visit Imaleur Sky Bar. What an amazing service they provide to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely modern hotel. The restaurant upstairs is delicious and it is within a short walk of the arena and convention center. If you are going to a convention or show this is the place to stay. With that said, because two of the walls of the room are glass the room gets very very hot during the day. We left the air conditioning running on 19°C 24 hours a day and until the sun went down the room could not cool down. Also, the room smelled. The smell never went away the entire time that we were there. The staff was lovely and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great hotel at reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet 1a. Electric car drivers should be careful, 6/hour will be charged for the charging option in the garage - this can be expensive overnight. (Unfortunately, the shop is operated by Skidata and not by the hotel itself.)
