Das Essen ein Traum von der Vorspeise die ich seid 15 Jahren esse bis zur Nachspeise gebackene Holunderblüten ... Freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch bei Fam.Brandstätter. Wünsche den Chefs u.Personal alles Gute vorallem Gesundheit. Gretl u.Dieter Zavrstsky Kitzbühel. As always, it was a pleasure to be greeted by Ms. Brandstätter for lunch. The food is a dream, from the starter I've been eating for 15 years to the dessert baked elderflower ... Looking forward to the next visit to the Brandstätter family. Una cura quasi maniacale delle materie prime che vengono lavorate, preparate e presentate al meglio. Una buona selezione di vini per accompagnare degnamente dei piatti veramente ottimi. Personale perfettamente formato che amichevolmente ma senza mai peccare di professionalità, sa consigliare e vi mette a vostro agio. Per finire: la location è veramente eccezionale. An almost obsessive care of raw materials that are processed, prepared and presented to the fullest. A good selection of wines to accompany truly excellent dishes. Perfectly trained staff who are friendly but never lacking in professionalism, know how to advise and put you at ease. To finish: the location is truly exceptional. A	Annemarie Fischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Könnte ich zaubern, würde ich den Brandstätter ins bayerische Oberland versetzen, denn in diesem Restaurant stimmt einfach alles: Das Essen ist hervorragend. Egal, was der Koch kreiert, geschmacklich ist alles hervorragend aufeinander abgestimmt und nicht nur für den Magen, sondern auch für das Auge ein Genuss. Das Personal ist auf eine sehr liebenswerte, natürliche Art freundlich und kompetent. Uns hat heute Dominik bedient und mit seiner positiven Ausstrahlung dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns überaus wohl gefühlt haben - auch seine Weinempfehlung war perfekt. Waren heute - 10.02.2022 - wieder einmal da und wieder total begeistert. Erwähnen möchte ich noch die Qualitätsbeständigkeir der Küche, auch diesbezüglich könnte sich so mancher 3-Sterne-Koch eine Scheibe abschneiden.. If I could do magic, I would put the Brandstätter in the Bavarian Oberland, because everything is just right in this restaurant: the food is excellent. No matter what the chef creates, the taste is perfectly coordinated and not only a treat for the stomach, but also for the eye. The staff is friendly and competent in a very endearing, natural way. Dominik served us today and with his positive attitude contributed to the fact that we felt very comfortable - his wine recommendation was also perfect. Were there again today - February 10th, 2022 - and again totally thrilled. I would also like to mention the consistency of the quality of the kitchen, and in this respect many a 3-star chef could learn a lesson..
G	Gerhard Zagler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren zu Mittag essen und hatten neben feinen österreichischen Schmankerln wie u.a. ein hervorragendes Beuschel (welches uns auf Wunsch als Vorspeise kredenzt wurde) ganz ausgezeichnete Seezungen. Die Küche versteht ihr Handwerk, auch das Service war sehr freundlich. Gediegenes und sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Leider in diesen Tagen kaum mehr zu finden. We had lunch and, in addition to fine Austrian delicacies, such as an excellent cuddle (which was served as a starter on request), we had excellent sole. The kitchen knows its trade, and the service was very friendly. Dignified and very pleasant ambience. Unfortunately hardly to be found these days.

I want to point out here that I am not a great fan of the local food in general, so it was really a pleasant experience, but not exactly my favourite type of food. Still, I believe the place deserves a top rating. We were 2 people and we ordered soup, goulash, venison, and 2 plum dumplings, plus a couple of drinks each, for a total of 130 euro - which I believe is quite reasonable for what we got. Also, we had no problem getting along using English and we paid by card.
