F.eks kunne vi ikke få kaffe til morgenmaden en dag, da kaffemaskinen var i gang med et renseprogram, en anden dag var de dog hurtige til at få lavet nogle kander almindelig kaffe. Aftensmaden er "cafeteria" mad, så jeg vil anbefale at man kun vælger med morgenmad. Og så vil jeg håbe, at det ikke er en larmende irsk familie, for personalet beder dem ikke om at dæmpe sig The hotel is ok, the rooms fine, but the staff is somewhat inexperienced. For example, we could not get coffee for breakfast one day when the coffee machine was running a cleaning program, another day, however, they were quick to get some jugs of plain coffee made. Dinner is "cafeteria" food, so I would recommend that you only choose with breakfast. And then I'll hope it's not a noisy Irish family, because the staff are not asking them to calm down.

Der er lidt slidte men rene og pæne og meget rumlige og god daglig rengøring . Personalet er søde og helt sikkert meget smilende bag mundbindet.? God morgenbuffet med dejlig groftbrød og alt hvad der er behov for. Dejlig aftensmad 3 retter pænt anrettet og med god smag. Mange grønsager og mulighed for vegetar ? En sauna kælder til wellness det er virklig lækker.. God skikælder og dejligt tæt på byen. Et hotel vi har lyst til at komme tilbage til og kan kun anbefales. Super cozy hotel..?. With a Danish host couple who manage to create atmosphere and are very helpful. Good rooms .. There is a bit worn but clean and neat and very spacious and good daily cleaning. The staff are sweet and definitely very smiling behind the bandage.? Good breakfast buffet with nice wholemeal bread and everything that is needed. Lovely dinner 3 dishes nicely served and with good taste. Lots of vegetables and the possibility of vegetarian ? A sauna cellar for wellness it is really delicious .. Good ski cellar and nice close to town. A hotel we feel like coming back to and can only be recommended.

P	Philip Waite on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at the hotel and was booked in by the manager from the hotel opposite as pre arranged. When we came downstairs for dinner and meeting the Danish manager for the first time, we introduced ourselves. He was very rude to us saying we’d not booked half board. We had to argue with him and prove by getting email confirmation from the company we’d booked with in the UK. So once we’d got over that problem we tried to enjoy the rest of our holiday, only to have him be rude again when we forgot to order our evening meal choices one day. The impression we got for most of the holiday was the season was coming to an end and a lot of the staff really didn’t want to be there anymore. Rooms were very poorly cleaned and not once was the floor in our room brushed or mopped. The few dining staff that were extra helpful, ended up saving this hotel from getting zero stars.
J	Joe Ash (DBMage) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Manager is very resourceful, staff are very chatty. Breakfast is fantastic. Bar was dull, but I blame the pandemic. Cleaning staff was amazing. Very happy, would definitely visit again.
