Zimmer Tip Top, modern eingerichtet, sauber.
Spa Bereich ganz Klasse.
Essen ganz toll.
Macht weiter so, nur zu empfehlen!!
 Just a great experience from start to finish. The staff takes great care, they are really nice.
Rooms tip top, modern furnishings, clean.
Spa area really great.
Food great.
Keep it up, highly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't stay at this hotel, but when I had to cancel my trip, the hotel attempted to charge me a 100% cancellation fee. When I contacted the hotel they were unhelpful, rude, and hung up on me. The manager shouted abuse, and would not engage with me. I would not recommend booking here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pricey for the services granted. Shame, as the hotel itself is very pretty and the rooms comfortable. Breakfast was very below average compared to other hotels with the same star rating in Austria (there was no cutlery or napkins on some mornings for example). However, it is definitely worth saying that the staff was very helpful, polite and nice.
