★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/5 for their stellar service, accommodating staff who had no trouble switching between German and English, as well as their patience with our indecisiveness with ski length and ski boot size. All done with a smile on their faces.
Having gone for a few hours one of us felt that their skis was a tad to short, at which point we went back to the shop and walked out with a shorter pair within 5 minutes.
We were also told that if we did not want to go for the full three days or if we were to get injured we could get a full refund for the day/s we did not use the gear.
Overall, my best experience yet at a ski rental shop.
