Stay away from this place.

What makes me find it terrible is the ignorance of the inhabitants towards the clear rules and the personnels' attitude towards the so-called "Nachtruhe". The apartment requires that people shall keep quiet after 10 p.m., especially in the yard/Innenhof. Unfortunately nobody seems to care about this rule at all, and the personnels seem okay with it, if it's not that they don't care. People would drink, smoke, talk and laugh loudly after 10 p.m., usually to sometime in the midnight, like they are the only inhabitants in this apartment and couldn't care less about the fact that many other people need to sleep. They treat it like a party room, which is forbidden by the rules of the apartment. Again, unfortunately the personnels, who threatened that corresponding condemnations would come if people break the rule, made no move other than sending some emails, which, like I said before, didn't work at all. I always feel that two principles matter a lot and should be obeyed by everyone: don't bother others and clean your own mess. I can't understand why college students, who are considered under high-level education, would let themselves bothering others and having no shame at all. Even more, I hope that the personnels here could really bring actions, which are provided clearly by their own rules that every inhabitant here agrees on in way of signing a contract, to the rule-breakers. The law won't execute itself, and that's what people pay you to do: keep the rules working. Generally, if you can't make sure that your room won't be facing the yard/Innenhof, I don't recommend this place. I can't see the situation changing, because both the inner and the exterior dimensions will sadly stay the same.

Hello everyone, I was there for a about few months and I'll never go there again. I was not a whole year there only for some months. In my opinion it's toooo expensive for what you get. And I can only recommend everyone to read everything very carefully. The costs for single room is about 430€ and there is a handling fee for 30€. I think this is okay every dorm has this, but I don't think they have much to do you have to enter all your data online. An other fee is for the cleaning on the end. You have to leave the room well-swept, so you have to clean everything and you have to pay 30€, because they clean it again. During you stay there they only clean the bath and cooking place every two weeks. By some person who stayed only for a month they cleaned it on the first of the month and in the middle. Very well structured because you get a clean room and two days later they clean it again. All the other cleaning you have to do on your own. You also have to bring everything with you for cooking, cushion, toilet paper,... There is one kitchen together, where you have something but the kitchen is very dirty. I think they will clean that once a year. There are public rooms were you can come together they are very dirty too. For a new building it's in general very dirty, no one removes the empty bottles,... In general the walls in the rooms, public rooms,... it's all dirty and I think this is not okay for that price. In the middle of the building is outside a place to stay and everyday it's very loud until midnight or later. Nobody cares about it. You can talk to the janitor, but he only has time on some days at times where people have to work. So you have to take free from work to talk with him and than nothing happens. The rooms are different, some are very small other ones are bigger. Mine was small and some genius make the window so that you can't really tilt it. To image the size it was not possible to lay and stretch on the floor without touching anything. You have a chair with roles in it and you are going to drive against everything, because it's so small. So no wonder that everything gets dirty. Once more a person who lived there too, told me someone had to pay for the dirty walls in his room, but this was not from him. I recommend if you have to go there to make a photo from everything and you will get a list for damages write everything you can find on it otherwise you probably have to pay for something. Oh, and the internet is very slow, if you watch a youtube video on medium quality you can't browse throw other sites. And you can only do the washing via app and credit card and frequently washing machines are broken, when I was there three were broken. So if you have luck you have to pay a lot there. The next time I will search longer and read the reviews here more carefully before I take one. There are other quite a few nice dorms where the price is okay and you don't have to pay a lot of extra costs. I call this place a home! I have been living in this student dorm for almost a year and I can freely share my experiences and opinions. First of all, i would like to mention that the location could not be better, the Ubahn station are in few minutes walking distance ( U4- 2min and U6- 5min). There are lot of shops in the area, post, bus stations, gyms, even the Schönbrunn park and Zoo are very close. Additionally, in the student dorm, there are studying rooms, very good equipped gym, place where you can wash and dry your clothes (although there is 2 EUR fee for every time you use the washing machine), common kitchen with ovens on 4th floor and printer. The rooms (kitchen and bathroom) are cleaned every 2 weeks. The thing that i do not like at all is the extremely loudness coming from the yard, every single night till maybe 3-4 o'clock in the morning. I contacted the manager few times and ask him to do something about it, since there is a rule "silent hours" from 22-06 o clock, but he did not do anything regarding this question. But, to sum up, all in all, you can have a warm home with anything you need, warm water, bed, fridge, even a gym, for a fair price. Everything in the rooms is new, so you can have a decent home and your privacy and enjoy during your stay in Vienna. :) I am happy if i could help you and good luck! :)

This dormitory was my home for 4 years, great place to stay, it has everything what person needs. Especially great for those who like some privacy, as most rooms are like small apartments with kitchen and bathroom, and AC! I enjoyed staying here, and would recommend it to everyone! + dormitory supervisor Mario, is great, responsible person, who is ready to help and support! Thank you, home4students!

Living here since here. Youre fine as long as youre not living on the inneryard-side. The new manager has brought a nice touch to building with all the nice adjustments and additions she has done. Her first day, new lovely flowers all around. Management generally listens and values your opinion. Making the place more and more livable every day

The dorm has a great new manager, Denise - very friendly, super helpful and most importantly, things around here changed in such a positive way! Finally a cool looking lobby with working biliard table, new post boxes, clean yard etc. :)
