Es gibt ein hauseigenes Fitnessstudio, eine Lobby mit Billiardtisch, Bibliothek, Lernraum und einen kleinen Freizeitraum mit Tischtennistisch und Dartscheibe. Die Wohnungen sind eher rustikaler aber sehr schön. Gute Lage und auch einen großrn Begehbaren "Garten" mit diversen Sitz- und Chilloutareas. Really premium for a student residence. There is an in-house fitness studio, a lobby with a pool table, library, study room and a small leisure room with table tennis and dart board. The apartments are more rustic but very nice. Good location and also a large walk-in "garden" with various seating and chill out areas.

Die Hausverwaltung geht auf Anliegen und Wünsch der Bewohner ein und nimmt diese ernst. Mehr noch, sie geben noch dieses kleine I Tüpfelchen drauf, zb während den letzten Corona Lockdowns wurden gratis FFP2-Masken Verteilt, zum Geburtstag bekommt man Süßigkeiten, man bekommt einen eigenen Weihnachtskalender, etc etc. Ich werde es vermissen jeden Vormittag vor der Arbeit bei Iwona noch einen Kaffee zu trinken, im kleinen Shop im Studentenheim selbst :´-( Auch die Mitbewohner achten aufeinander, und aus vielen Nachbarn sind Freunde geworden. Viele von ihnen sind in Wien geblieben, viele wieder International unterwegs. Mein letzter Sommer in Citylife, ich werde es absolut vermissen. Kurz gesagt, wenn ihr zum Studieren nach Wien kommt, habt ihr euer vorübergehendes Zuhause gefunden! A student residence that I would recommend to any friend immediately! The property management responds to the concerns and wishes of the residents and takes them seriously. What's more, they add that little icing on the cake, e.g. during the last Corona Lockdowns, free FFP2 masks were distributed, you get sweets for your birthday, you get your own Christmas calendar, etc etc. I will miss having a coffee every morning before work at Iwona, in the small shop in the dormitory itself: ´- ( Roommates also look out for one another, and many neighbors have become friends. Many of them stayed in Vienna, many of them on the international road again. My last summer in Citylife, I will absolutely miss it. In short, when you come to Vienna to study, you have found your temporary home!

I have had the best 8-months experience during my internship in Vienna while living in City Life Apartments. Andrea is making everything possible to make your stay as easy and perfect as possible while Samir and Iwona are always ready, day and night to help you if there is any matter. Don't wait any longer if you are hesitating, this is the best place for an student or intern in Vienna.
