Fühlte mich direkt wie zuhause.
Super Lage, alles was du brauchst liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Betreuung war hervorragend.
Absolute heart recommendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne neue Küche, Gute Anbindung, jedoch sehr kleine Zimmer für das Geld. Fenster zur äußeren Maria hilfer Straße sind nicht so dicht.
Vermieterin ist oft zu beschäftigt um zum Beispiel eine Kündigungsbestätigung zu schreiben.
Nice new kitchen, good connection, but very small room for the money. Windows to the outer Maria Hilfer Strasse are not that dense.
Landlady is often too busy, for example, to write a notice of termination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was ok although noisy because of Mariahilferstraße. The comunication with the administration was very difficult and stressing from beginning till the end, they took ages to answer emails, and most of the times they didn't even get to this point. Kündigung was also difficult to manage, especially to get the Kaution back.
