★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible room and bad service. Plenty of spiders and ants. Staff refused to clean the room upon request and explained to me that ants have to do nothing with cleanliness. Left after 2 days and received a refund of 40% for the remaining 8 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and good access to public transport, as well as many places of attraction in the city.
But, our apartment had very old electric hot plates that took very long to heat. We ended up losing time trying to cook stuff coz we had booked an apartment for the reason that we'd cook at least some meals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very nice cozy apartment and I loved it. I have been there for 10 days, small balcony and very good heating. The bathroom is big and the telephone service worker Lenka is a very friendly and helping person. I would recommend the apartments of the company in the 2nd district in Vienna to everyone!
