Der Kauf war durch kompetente, unaufdringliche aber dafür umso herzlichere Beratung begleitet und hat uns nicht zuletzt deshalb zu diesem Kauf entscheiden lassen. Wir können es kaum erwarten, bis der Whirli endlich da ist :-) Great advice and wonderful products. After numerous laps of honor in other whirlpool shops, we found just the right thing for us at Homespa. The purchase was accompanied by competent, unobtrusive but all the more cordial advice, and that's why we decided to make this purchase. We can hardly wait until the Whirli is finally here :-)

Ein Probebaden im Virgo IN hat uns letztendlich auch von der Funktionsweise der Technik und Massagedüsen überzeugt. Wir freuen uns auf die Lieferung des Whirlpools (voraussichtlich im Dezember). Very competent, pleasant and unobtrusive advice. The high-quality, beautiful thermal wood cladding sets the Home Spa whirlpools apart from the competition very positively. A test bath in the Virgo IN ultimately convinced us of the functionality of the technology and massage jets. We look forward to the delivery of the hot tub (probably in December).

Durch extrem lange Lieferzeiten und einen doch erheblichen Aufwand für Aushub, Bodenplatte betonieren, Kosten, usw… und dann eine doch sehr geringe Nutzbarkeit von nur einigen Sommermonaten, kam die Idee eines Whirlpools auf. Da wir keine Ahnung hatten, was so ein SPA alles habe sollte, haben wir uns mal mit Google schlau gemacht und verglichen. Naja viel klüger waren wir dann auch nicht und haben uns vertrauensvoll an Händler im Umkreis von Wien gewandt. So sind wir nach 2 anderen Gesprächen, bei Homespa Gerasdorf, Hr. Nowak gelandet (Jul.21). Beratung war TOP, und es wurde schnell klar das wir es einfach ausprobieren sollten. Ein Badebesuch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten hat uns final überzeugt, dass es ein Whirlpool werden soll. Also unser Tipp, unbedingt ausprobieren! Was uns bei HomeSpa / USSPA gefallen hat: -Super freundliche und kompetente Beratung! Reagiert prompt auf Fragen. -Lieferzeit sehr überschaubar, bei anderen Herstellern waren es über 9 Monate -Europäisches Produkt mit Erzeugung in CZ, statt China/US Zeugs -Deutlich besseres Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis als bei anderen Herstellern! -sehr gute Haptik der verarbeiteten Materialien -Echtholz Umrahmung, statt Plastik Look -Steuerbar per App, jederzeit Status / Steuerung per Mobile App. -Kommunikation bis zur Lieferung war TOP! Lieferzeit wurde eingehalten (Okt.21). -Lieferung war dank Stapler in kurzer Zeit erledigt und nach ca 2 Std Aufbau Inkl. ausführlicher Einschulung war alles erledigt. -Service nach dem Kauf war TOP! Hr. Nowak war immer für Fragen erreichbar Negativ: -keine WLAN Anbindung beim SPA sondern nur per RJ45-LAN Kabel, Tipp: es gibt aber über Amazon um ein paar Euro eine WLAN Bridge, damit geht’s auch. Wissenswert: -Evtl. wird ein Elektriker benötigt, braucht 3 Phasen 16Amp mit 2,5er Kabel. In Summe sind wir super Happy mit unseren neuen SPA und nutzen es seit 3 Wochen regelmäßig. Das Relax Bad mit Blick auf den Sternenhimmel bei 5 Grad Außentemperatur ist sensationell! Von unsere Seite vielen Dank für die Hilfe und den Top Service! We actually wanted to buy a classic pool for our garden in 2021. Due to extremely long delivery times and a considerable effort for excavation, concreting the floor slab, costs, etc ... and then a very low usability of only a few summer months, the idea of a whirlpool came up. Since we had no idea what such a SPA should have, we checked with Google and compared it. Well, we weren't that much smarter either and trustingly turned to dealers in the Vienna area. So after 2 other conversations, we are at Homespa Gerasdorf, Mr. Nowak landed (Jul 21). Advice was great, and it quickly became clear that we should just try it out. A visit to the pool outside of the opening hours finally convinced us that it should be a whirlpool. So our tip, be sure to try it out! What we liked at HomeSpa / USSPA: -Super friendly and competent advice! Responds promptly to questions. -Delivery time very manageable, with other manufacturers it was over 9 months -European product made in CZ instead of China / US stuff - Significantly better price / performance ratio than other manufacturers! -very good feel of the processed materials - Real wood frame, instead of plastic look -Controllable via app, status / control via mobile app at any time. -Communication up to delivery was great! Delivery time was met (Oct. 21). -Delivery was done in a short time thanks to the forklift and assembly took about 2 hours Including detailed training, everything was done. -Service after the purchase was TOP! Mr. Nowak was always available for questions Negative: -No WLAN connection at the SPA but only via RJ45 LAN cable, Tip: There is a WiFi bridge available from Amazon for a few euros, and that’s also possible. Worth knowing: -Possibly. if an electrician is required, 3 phases 16Amp with a 2.5 cable are required. All in all, we are super happy with our new SPA and have been using it regularly for 3 weeks. The relax bath with a view of the starry sky at an outside temperature of 5 degrees is sensational! From our side, many thanks for the help and the top service!

Vom ersten Kontakt, über die hervorragende persönliche Beratung, die Bestellabwicklung, die termintreue Lieferung incl. Produkteinschulung sowie der Nachbetreuung ist einfach alles nach Wunsch verlaufen. Die Qualität der USSPA Whirlpools ist sowieso über jeden Zweifel erhaben, und dass die Pools in Europa produziert werden war für uns ein zusätzlicher Kaufaspekt. Wir haben unseren Virgo iN jetzt seit 3 Monaten in Betrieb, und sind absolut überzeugt den richtigen Kauf getätigt zu haben. The care of the Nowak family at Home SPA is really great. From the first contact, to the excellent personal advice, the order processing, the on-time delivery including product training and the aftercare, everything went as desired. The quality of the USSPA whirlpools is beyond any doubt anyway, and the fact that the pools are produced in Europe was an additional purchase aspect for us. We have been using our Virgo iN for 3 months now and are absolutely convinced that we made the right purchase.
