Ganz großes Lob an die beiden und ans ganze Team. Es hat alles gepasst von der Beratung bis zur Lieferung. Das Produkt sowie die MitarbeiterInnen sind einfach top Harald and Simon delivered our Softub Legend a few days ago. The fact that we live on the 6th floor wasn't a problem in the least. Kudos to both of them and the whole team. Everything was perfect, from advice to delivery. The product and the employees are just great

Hatte ein Problem mit unserem Softub-Motor , Problem wurde direkt behoben und mein Schwager konnten den Motor gleich wieder mitnehmen . Vielen Dank für ihr super nettes Kundenservice und die Top Beratung ! Ihr seid spitze !!! :) I can only agree with the very good reviews! Had a problem with our Softub engine, the problem was fixed immediately and my brother-in-law was able to take the engine back with them right away. Thank you for your super nice customer service and the top advice! You're great !!! :)

Nach einiger Zeit an Überlegung (zwei Monate) waren wir uns als Familie sicher - der Resort muss uns in den nächsten Jahren begleiten. Optisch einzigartig - technisch simple in Summe einfach genial. In der Zwischenzeit haben wir den Resort 2 x übersiedelt (im Grünen gestartet - Terrasse (Winter) - nun wieder im Grünen) - einfachst, leicht und nicht vergessen, die Gurte unter dem Softub geben BEVOR man diesen neu befüllt. Merkt man sich eh (dachten wir als wir es von Herrn Heck erklärt bekamen) - aber wir haben es bei der ersten Übersiedlung vergessen (ist aber überhaupt kein Thema - schließt auch ohne den Gurten perfekt - aber die Sicherheit wenn wann Kinder hat sollte beachtet werden - Wasser wieder auslassen, Gurte unter Softub und Wasser wieder einfüllen). Es ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis im weichen Softub das warme sprudelnde Wasser ohne Schnick Schnack erleben zu können. Laufende Reinigung ist vernachlässigbar - sowohl vom zeitlichen Aufwand, als auch von den Kosten. Schade das wir den Softub nicht schon vor Jahren in unsere Familien genommen haben. Mit Herrn Heck und seinem Team war und ist es eine Freude in Kontakt zu bleiben und über die schönen Momente in Leben zu sprechen! Einfach genial und unverzichtbar im Nutzen aber einfach auch nur wenn der Softub als Softub im Garten, Terrasse, Indoor oder wo auch immer in seiner zeitlosen Eleganz durch sein vorhanden sein "erscheint". We have been enjoying the resort for three quarters of a year! After some time (two months) we were certain as a family - the resort has to be with us for the next few years. Visually unique - technically simple in total simply ingenious. In the meantime we have moved the resort twice (started in the green - terrace (winter) - now in the green again) - simplest, light and do not forget, give the straps under the Softub BEFORE you refill it. You notice anyway (we thought when we got it from Mr. Heck) - but we forgot it when we first moved (but it is not an issue at all - closes perfectly even without the straps - but the safety when when has children should be observed - Drain water again, fill in belts under Softub and water). It is always an experience to be able to experience the warm sparkling water in the soft Softub without frills. Ongoing cleaning is negligible - both in terms of time and costs. It's a shame that we didn't take the Softub into our families years ago. It was and is a pleasure to stay in touch with Mr. Heck and his team and to talk about the wonderful moments in life! Simply ingenious and indispensable in use, but also only if the Softub "appears" as a Softub in the garden, terrace, indoor or wherever it is present in its timeless elegance.

Die beiden Monteure Harald und Simon haben den Einbau perfekt durchgeführt und auch die Einschulung war top. Besten Dank, wir sind sehr zufrieden! :-) The day before yesterday we received our new Poseidon in exchange for our old Softub whirlpool. The two fitters Harald and Simon carried out the installation perfectly and the training was great. Thank you, we are very satisfied! :-)

Waren einmal im Geschäft, war auch sehr bemüht trotz Mittagspause, aber die beste Betreuung hatte wir heute bei unserem vor Ort Termin. Wir haben ein Rundum Neu für unseren gebrauchten Softub bestellt und der Servicetechniker war wirklich spitze. Sehr netter und sehr kompetent Mitarbeiter. Das ist Kundenservice! Initially only had email or phone contact but this was very customer-oriented, absolutely friendly and competent. Have been to the shop once, tried very hard despite our lunch break, but we had the best support today at our on-site appointment. We ordered a completely new one for our used Softub and the service technician was really great. Very nice and very competent employee. This is customer service!
