Bei Problemen war die Firma immer für uns da, schnell und kompetent. Heute nach 10 Jahren müssen wir die Pumpe tauschen und das gibt Anlass, eine positive Bewertung hier abzugeben. Das Technikerteam war gerade hier und hat die Pumpe getauscht. Die beiden waren richtig freundlich, flott und kompetent - eine wahre Freude dass es solche Handwerker gibt. Die Pumpe selbst ist leiser wie meine Waschmaschine (liegt das ev. an meiner Waschmaschine???) und hat zu meiner Überraschung beinahe sofort angesaugt. Chlor und Filtersackerl wurde auch gleich gemessen und ergänzt - insgesamt ein Superservice. Vielen Dank! Kann den Betrieb also nur 100% empfehlen. We had HP build a pool about 10 years ago. We were and are very satisfied with that. If there were any problems, the company was always there for us, quickly and competently. Today, after 10 years, we have to replace the pump and this is reason to give a positive rating here. The team of technicians was just here and replaced the pump. The two were really friendly, brisk and competent - a real pleasure that there are such craftsmen. The pump itself is quieter than my washing machine (may be due to my washing machine ???) and, to my surprise, it sucked in almost immediately. Chlorine and filter bags were also measured and supplemented at the same time - overall a super service. Thank you so much! So can only recommend the operation 100%.

Auskunft war das bekommen wir nicht mehr, suchen sie im Internet, dann schauten sie selber nach und fanden eine Firma in Deutschland. Ich sollte mich an die wenden. Die Scheinwerfer sind schon so alt die gibt es nicht mehr, dann wurden sie im Internet doch gefunden aber um einen Preis da bekommt man schon neue. Die Solarfolie 4m x 9m hat 3 Wochen Lieferzeit und kostet 345€. Danke für nichts. Vosspools in Brunn hat Gitter lagernd, Scheinwerfer kann man reparieren und Folie ist auch lagernd und kostet 280€.
