Heute wurde der Whirlpool geliefert und die Inbetriebnahme durchgeführt. Auch hier war der Service einwandfrei. Neben dem Aufbau und der Installation haben wir eine ausführliche Einschulung bekommen und all unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet. Super Beratung, super Service...weiter so! Buying a hot tub is fun! Mr. Pompizzi gave us really good advice, quickly recognized what makes sense for us and made the purchase uncomplicated. Today the whirlpool was delivered and commissioned. Here, too, the service was impeccable. In addition to the construction and installation, we received extensive training and all of our questions were answered. Die Beratung war sehr kompetent, er hat sich wirklich viel Zeit genommen und war sehr freundlich. Danke nochmals. Kann ich nur empfehlen! We bought a whirlpool in the south of Vienna almost 2 weeks ago. The seller, Alfredo Pompizzi, was really great. That's how you want it to be. Die Beratung war wirklich "TOP", es wurden all unsere Unklarheiten professionell aufgeklärt! Wir kannten diese Whirlpool Marke schon von Freunden die schon viele Jahre sehr zufrieden sind (ca.10 Jahre ohne Probleme). Herr Alfredo Pompizzi gab uns vorab schon viele Tipps bezüglich Aufstellung und Technik. Nach der Anzahlung bekamen wir prompt einen USB-Stick mit sämtlichen Unterlagen darauf, zugeschickt - perfekt! Die Lieferzeiten sind doch sehr Lange, aber wie es so schön heißt: die Vorfreude ist die Größte Freude :) After making an appointment by phone in the "Blue Lagoon", Mr. Pompizzi took a lot of time to introduce us to the different models. The advice was really "TOP", all of our ambiguities were professionally cleared up! We already knew this whirlpool brand from friends who have been very satisfied for many years (about 10 years without problems). Mr. Alfredo Pompizzi gave us a lot of tips in advance regarding the setup and technology. After the deposit, we were promptly sent a USB stick with all the documents on it - perfect! The delivery times are very long, but as the saying goes: the anticipation is the greatest joy :)
