Im Kurs wird darauf geachtet, dass Theorie und Praxis vermittelt werden. Auch als blutiger Anfänger und absoluter Unbeweglichkeit, kann man den Übungen gut folgen und erhält dazu die Fachliche Erklärung.
Zum Abschluss mit Meditationsübung und Musikalischer Begleitung des Trainers.
Sehr empfehlenswert und auf alle Fälle ein tolles Erlebnis.

Recently attended a men's yoga class.
The course ensures that theory and practice are conveyed. Even as a complete beginner and absolute immobility, you can follow the exercises well and receive the technical explanation.
At the end with a meditation exercise and musical accompaniment by the trainer.
Highly recommended and definitely a great experience.
