L	Lina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Onlineshop vom Intersport ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Habe 3 Artikel bestellt, die als lagernd angezeigt wurden. Zuerst bekommt man per Mail die Bestellbestätigung. Am nächsten Tag dann eine 2. Mail, dass es 2-3 Tage Lieferverzögerung gibt und am 3. Tag dann eine 3. Mail, dass alle bestellten Artikel nun doch nicht verfügbar sind und die Bestellung storniert werden muss. Sehr nervig. Hab dann bei Hervis bestellt, das funktioniert besser. Grad im Lockdown wären viele bereit, bei lokalen Geschäften zu bestellen, aber wenn einem das so mühsam gemacht wird, dann darf man sich halt nicht wundern, wenn viele auf andere Händler oder auch Amazon ausweichen Unfortunately, the Intersport online shop is not recommended. Ordered 3 items that were shown as in stock. First you get the order confirmation by email. Then on the next day a 2nd email that there is a 2-3 day delivery delay and on the 3rd day a 3rd email that all the items ordered are not available after all and the order must be canceled. Really annoying. Then I ordered from Hervis, it works better. In the lockdown, many would be willing to order from local shops, but when this is made so difficult, then you shouldn't be surprised if many switch to other retailers or even Amazon
M	Melanie Kalkhofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Mutter ging in den Laden mit dem Vorsatz einen schönen auch gerne etwas hochpreisigeren Skianzug zu kaufen. Die Verkäuferin zeigte ihr nur sehr billige Modelle jedesmal mit abwertenden Satz "aber in ihrer Größe habe ich das Modell nicht". Als die Verkäuferin dann auf die teurere Abteilung deutete meinte sie "Da könnte etwas dabei sein was ihnen passt aber das kostet halt gleich mal 800 bis 1000€ das brauche ich Ihnen ja nicht zeigen". Und nein sie hatte absolut keine Angabe dazu gemacht was sie ausgeben möchte und wurde auch nicht gefragt! Bodyshaming und überhebliches Verhalten gehört scheinbar hier zum Marketing..... My mother went into the shop with the intention of buying a nice ski suit, which was also a bit more expensive. The saleswoman only showed her very cheap models with the pejorative sentence "but I don't have the model in her size". When the saleswoman then pointed to the more expensive department, she said, "There might be something there that suits you, but it costs €800 to €1000, I don't need to show you that". And no, she had made absolutely no statement about what she would like to spend and was not asked! Body shaming and arrogant behavior seems to be part of marketing here.....

Die freundliche Verkäuferin hat mich sehr kompetent beraten, mich auch auf die Vorteile der Kundenkarte sowie auf das tolle Aftersale-Service hingewiesen. Da kauft man gerne wieder! Das Geschäft hat einen riesigen Parkplatz vor der Tür und eine sehr schöne Warenpräsentation. Highly recommended specialist shop! Needed a mountain boot and found a huge selection. The friendly saleswoman advised me very competently and also pointed out the advantages of the customer card and the great after-sale service. You will be happy to buy again! The shop has a huge parking lot in front of the door and a very nice product display.

I bought new tires for my bike here,very satisfied cuz i bought the cheapest,but quality is still great. Very helpful staff also,and a great variety of products. They give me the work to look for the mixed pairs ...and find it by myself ... So I give them the lowest rating!
