★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Store ist sehr schön und fein, aber wenn die Verkäuferin sagt man soll abnehmen, dann weiß ich jetzt nicht, ob man des positiv sehen soll. Naja in so ein Laden jemanden sagen, dass kommt nicht gut rüber.
 The store is very nice and fine, but when the saleswoman says you should lose weight, then I don't know whether you should be positive. Well tell someone in a shop like this that it doesn't look good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very racist and rude staff. If you are darker colour, Asian, Muslim, Arab or black, do not go to this shop, they will ignore you when you walk in and won't show you anything you ask for. They will just keep saying we don't have stock for anything you ask for. Shame on Hermes trade mark. الموظفين عنصرين و وقحين. و اذا شافو عرب يحتقرون و يقولون انه ماعندهم أي شي تطلبونه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service - the old sales lady was cold from the beginning and only perked up when we said we were going to buy something, and she responded with “really?” - not an appropriate response to your clients when they say they want to purchase something.
Her attitude got better when we bought more items but obviously in a very practical attitude.
At some point I was looking at a receipt, and one of the old sales lady just snatched it out of my hands without any notice - super rude!
Obviously we were buying into the brand and NOT the service!
