Wäre es kein Notfall müsste ich die Tabletten nicht heute einnehmen wäre ich ja nicht hin gefahren?!? Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Rezessionen aber diesmal musste es sein!!! The lady who was on duty today was very rude and expected me to be polite to her !! If it weren't for an emergency, I wouldn't have to take the tablets today, wouldn't I have gone there? Usually I don't write recessions but this time it had to be !!!
M	Milli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Damen in der Apotheke waren extrem unhöflich. Da kommt man sich so vor als würde man sie grad in der Pause stören. Sehr unangenehm wenn es einem eh schon nicht gut geht. Man braucht ja nicht zum Spaß Medikamente. The ladies in the pharmacy were extremely rude. You feel as if you are disturbing them during the break. Very uncomfortable when you're not feeling well anyway. You don't need medication for fun.
E	Ergo sum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen für Leute mit Dauermedikation. Für die recht unhöflichen Damen ist man lediglich ein Mensch zweiter Klasse, dementsprechend wird man auch behandelt. Bis auf den Chef ist dort nur geballte Inkompetenz und herablassendes Gehabe zu finden. Einfach respektlos und intolerant!!! Not recommended for people on long-term medication. For the rather impolite ladies you are just a second class person, and you are treated accordingly. Except for the boss, there is only concentrated incompetence and condescending behavior. Simply disrespectful and intolerant!
M	Marlene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In dieser Apotheke wurde ich mittlerweile dreimal zu unterschiedlichen Tageszeiten und von unterschiedlichen MitarbeiterInnen extrem unfreundlich behandelt und auch einmal sehr inkompetent und nur widerwillig beraten. Auch zu meiner Ärztin, die aufgrund eines Rezeptes angerufen hat war eine Mitarbeiterin extrem unfreundlich. Ohne das quasi Apothekenmonopol in Österreich würde es diese Filiale sicher nicht mehr geben. Ich kann allen nur empfehlen den weiteren Weg auf sich zu nehmen und eine andere Apotheke zu suchen. In this pharmacy, I have now been treated extremely unfriendly three times at different times of the day and by different employees and also once very incompetent and only reluctantly advised. An employee was also extremely unfriendly to my doctor, who called because of a prescription. Without the quasi pharmacy monopoly in Austria, this branch would certainly no longer exist. I can only recommend everyone to take the further route and look for another pharmacy.

Mitarbeiter nehmen sich Zeit für ihre Kunden. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Small pharmacy, the advantage is that you never queue for long. Friendliness is satisfactory and customer service is very good. Employees take time for their customers. I can only recommend.
