Ich kann die Apotheke nur weiterempfehlen. All of the employees I've been with so far have always been very friendly and competent. This is the pharmacy in Vienna that I always go to whenever possible. I can only recommend the pharmacy.
R	Roman Alexander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obwohl man jahrelanger Kunde ist wird man von manchen Angestellten noch immer mit Formalitäten gemaßregelt, wo Kolleginnen in der gleichen Apotheke hilfreich zur Seite stehen und sich nicht für so wichtig nehmen. Sehr mühsam, wenn man hingeht und sich schon vor dem Eingang die Frage stellen muss: „Hoffentlich erwische ich heute mal wieder eine der netten Mitarbeiterinnen aus dem Adler Apotheken Team.“ Das sollte heutzutage eigentlich nicht mehr vorkommen. Although you have been a customer for many years, some employees still deal with formalities where colleagues in the same pharmacy are at your side and don't take yourself too seriously. Very difficult if you go there and have to ask yourself the question in front of the entrance: "Hopefully I'll catch one of the nice staff from the Adler pharmacy team again today." That shouldn't happen anymore these days.
P	Predrag Ciric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gratis testen möglich, leider schlecht Organisiert, sehr lange Wartezeiten. Sollten vllt. weniger aufnehmen. Wozu braucht man eine nochmalige Registrierung wenn man den Registrierungsschein dabei hat ist mir ein Rätsel?! Trotzdem ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Free testing possible, unfortunately badly organized, very long waiting times. Should possibly. absorb less. Why do you need to register again when you have the registration slip with you? Still, the staff is very friendly.

Ich bin Corona Positiv getestet wurden, meine Familie und viele aus Freundschaftskreisen sind ebenfalls positiv, daher das Problem wer hollt mir jetzt meine Medikamente? Ich habe höflich nachgefragt und die Apotheke hat mir eine Rechnung hergestellt, und mir nach Hause gebracht auf Grund dessen weil ich in der Nähe wohne. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, das ist Leistung, das ist zustzarbeit. Ich weiss nicht wie ich den Mitarbeitern danken soll Auf jeden Fall wenn ich gesund bi werde ich persönlich dorthin Gehen und mich bei jeden einzelnen bedanken. Very nice and helpful staff. I have been tested positive for Corona, my family and many friends are also positive, hence the problem who will get my medication for me now? I asked politely and the pharmacy made me a bill and brought it home to me because I live nearby. That is not a matter of course, that is performance, that is additional work. I don't know how to thank the staff. In any case, if I'm healthy, I'll go there personally and thank everyone.
s	sermin kaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe selten eine Apotheke erlebt, in der die Mitarbeiter derart geduldig erklären und auf meine Fragen eingehen. Die Damen sind stets höflich und freundlich. Besonders jetzt zur Corona Zeit, in der ich leider öfters zur Apotheke musste, sind die Damen trotz des ganzen Stress noch unglaublich nett. Vielen Dank und weiter so! I have rarely seen a pharmacy where the staff explain and answer my questions so patiently. The ladies are always polite and friendly. Especially now at the Corona time, when I unfortunately had to go to the pharmacy often, the ladies are still incredibly nice despite all the stress. Thanks and keep it up!

After the bad experience of dealing with her, I was still ready to buy what I needed, and they did not have card payment. The girl in stead of apologising blamed me for not having cash with me and literally ordered me to go to the ATM. Of course I went to a different pharmacy after that...
