Ich wurde freundlichst mit einem Testgerät und 10 Teststreifen beschenkt. Vielen Dank! Leider gibt einen Stern weniger dafür als ich Nachts telefonische Beratung haben wollte. Ich hatte eine Magen Darm Grippe und hatte die üblichen Symptome. Eine ältere Dame war am Apparat und war sehr unfreundlich gegenüber mir. Sie sagte das ich sehr verwirrt sei und sie kein einziges Wort mir glauben kann , dabei hatte ich 38 Grad Fieber und musste mich andauernd übergeben. Es war überhaupt ein Wunder das ich in dem Zustand selbstständig die Apotheke anrief. Ich selbst arbeite im medizinischen Bereich und weiß das Nachtdienste nicht gerade einfach sind, aber für einen Patienten muss man immer da sein, und das heißt sich selbst in deren Situation hineinzuversetzen und versuchen sie zu verstehen. The advice in the pharmacy is very detailed and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately there is one star less than I wanted to have telephone advice at night. I had a stomach flu and had the usual symptoms. An older lady was on the line and was very rude to me. She said that I was very confused and she couldn't believe a single word, I had a 38 degree fever and had to vomit all the time. It was a miracle that I called the pharmacy independently in that state. I myself work in the medical field and know that night shifts are not exactly easy, but you always have to be there for a patient, and that means putting yourself in their situation and trying to understand them.
