Dr. Gruscher ist einfach Weltklasse (als Angstpatientin - kann ich nur sagen - hier hab ich nicht mal einen Anflug von einem "Ängstchen" gehabt). Weiters wird man hier auch konkret aufgeklärt. (Wundbehandlung etc.) Die Ordi, ist superschön! Auch ein großes Lob an die Assistenz! Danke! The whole team is extremely nice! Virtually no waiting time! Dr. Gruscher is simply world class (as a fear patient - I can only say - I didn't even have a hint of "fear" here). Furthermore, one is also specifically informed here. (Wound treatment etc.) The Ordi is super nice! Also a big compliment to the assistant! Thanks!

Man stelle sich vor, "Mann" kommt nach einer Nacht starker Zahnschmerzen in die gegenständliche Praxis. Wartet bereits verzweifelt vor der verschlossenen Ordi, weil alle Schmerzmittel bereits versagt haben. Begrüßt wird man durch die Ärztin sinngemäß mit den Worten "gehns weg von der Türe und warten!" Endlich öffnet sich die Türe. Ein genervtes Praxis Team steht vor einem, daraufhin sieht einem die Ärztin 30 Sekunden in den Rachen sagt ich kann nichts für Sie tun und wirft einem vor das dieses Problem wohl schon länger besteht. Danke für nichts- 0 Mitgefühl und ebenso wenig Motivation einem sichtlich vor Schmerzen verzweifelten Patienzen zu helfen. PS ein anderer Zahnarzt half mir danach prompt und befreite mich endlich von meinen Schmerzen. The previous 5 star ratings for this practice are a mystery to me. Imagine "man" coming to the practice after a night of severe toothache. Waiting desperately in front of the locked Ordi, because all painkillers have already failed. The doctor greets you with the words "get away from the door and wait!" Finally the door opens. An annoyed practice team stands in front of you, then the doctor looks into your throat for 30 seconds, says I can't do anything for you and accuses you that this problem has probably been around for a long time. Thank you for nothing - compassion and just as little motivation to help a patient who is visibly desperate with pain. PS another dentist promptly helped me and finally got rid of my pain.

Ihr habe ich es zu verdanken, dass ich bereits als 6 Jährige damit begonnen habe akribisch auf meine Zähne zu achten. Ich bin sehr gerne bei ihr, sie ist sehr kompetent, freundlich und stets bemüht. Ich kann sie und ihre freundlichen Ordinationshilfen nur empfehlen. Dr. Gruscher has been my dentist for over 30 years. It is thanks to her that I started taking meticulous care of my teeth when I was 6 years old. I really enjoy being with her, she is very competent, friendly and always eager. I can only recommend her and her friendly ordination helpers.
