Very rude service! Unwilling to answer the question of whether there is a replacement drug. Very harsh answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Beratung ist sehr schnell. Aber was ich eines bemerkt habe war wenn ich ein bestimmtes Medikament kaufen möchte bringen mir die Apothekerinnen immer das teuerste Produkt. Obwohl es eine billigere Variante von dem Medikament mit dem selben Wirkstoff gibt. Das finde ich sehr schlecht. Deswegen gibt es nur zwei Sterne von mir.
The advice is very quick. But what I noticed was when I want to buy a certain drug the pharmacists always bring me the most expensive product. Although there is a cheaper version of the drug with the same active ingredient. I think that's very bad. That's why there are only two stars from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe als Typ 1 Diabetiker gefragt, ob in der Apotheke die Möglichkeit einer Blutzuckermessung besteht, weil ich mein Testgerät zuhause vergessen hatte. Die Apotheke wollte mir für eine Messung erst €25 und nach meiner ungläubigen Nachfrage €12.- für einen Test verrechnen. Ein Teststreifen kostet ca. €0.7. Diese Apotheke sieht mich nie wieder.
As a type 1 diabetic asked if there is the possibility of a blood glucose test in the pharmacy, because I had forgotten my test device at home. The pharmacy wanted to charge me for a measurement only € 25 and after my incredulous demand € 12.- for a test. A test strip costs about € 0.7. This pharmacy never sees me again.
