M	Markus K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da die Apotheke heute Bereitschaft hatte suchte ich diese auf. Wollte Nasentropfen für meine Tochter haben die wir verschrieben bekommen haben. Leider wollte die der Apotheker nicht hergeben und was anderes mitgeben. Als ich ihm darauf hingewiesen haben dass ich die haben möchte die ich verschrieben bekommen hab meinte er (übrigens sehr stark alkoholisierte Mag. ) ob ich ihm seinen Job erklären möchte. Bin daraufhin weiter nach Wiener Neudorf wo das ganze kein Problem war. Since the pharmacy was on standby today, I went to them. Wanted to have nasal drops for my daughter that we were prescribed. Unfortunately, the pharmacist didn't want to give them away and give them something else. When I pointed out to him that I would like to have the one that I have been prescribed, he (incidentally, very heavily drunk Mag.) Said whether I would like to explain his job to him. Then I went on to Wiener Neudorf where the whole thing wasn't a problem.
M	Michaela Bernsteiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte mich auf diesem Weg beim Team der Schutzengelapotheke bedanken.Ich nehme viele Dauerverordnungen , von denen einige in letzter Zeit nirgends (also in keiner Apotheke in der Gegend) lagernd waren. Diese Apotheke hat es geschafft, mir diese Medikamente trotzdem zu besorgen. Ich nehme an aus Deutschland. Die Mitarbeiter sind meistens nett und freundlich und nehmen sich ausreichend Zeit für jede Kundschaft. Dadurch kommt es manchmal zu Wartezeiten, was lästig ist. Andererseits bin auch ich dankbar für die Beratung weil ich nicht weiß, ob sich kurzfristige Verordnungen mit meiner Dauermedikation vertragen. Ebenso verhält es sich mit Verordnungen von zwei verschiedenen Ärzten. Ich wusste nach dem Apothekenbesuch immer, wann ich was wielange nehmen soll. I would like to thank the team of the Schutzengelapotheke on this way. I take many permanent prescriptions, some of which have not been stored lately (ie in any pharmacy in the area). This pharmacy has managed to get me these drugs anyway. I assume from Germany. The staff are usually nice and friendly and take enough time for each clientele. This sometimes leads to waiting times, which is annoying. On the other hand, I am grateful for the advice because I do not know if short-term prescriptions with my permanent medication. The same applies to prescriptions of two different doctors. After the pharmacy visit, I always knew when to take something for a while.

Kümmern sich um spezielle Anfragen bezüglich Abrechnung der Versicherung für bestimmte Medikamente beispielsweise. Sind immer freundlich, auf Zack und zuvorkommend. Bieten dir mal schnell ein Glas Wasser an, sodass man gleich die erste Tabletten schlucken kann. So etwas kenne ich nicht von einer Apotheke und muss ich hier wirklich besonders positiv erwähnen. Kleines Manko: Die älteren Herren sollten hier lieber das Feld den jungen Damen überlassen oder sich eine Scheibe von den Damen anschneiden. Die Herren sind eher trocken und erfüllen leider das altmodische Klischee einer Apotheke. By far the best pharmacy I've visited to date! The young ladies are always trying. Take care of specific inquiries regarding insurance billing for certain medications, for example. Are always friendly, on the ball and courteous. Offer yourself a glass of water quickly so that you can swallow the first tablets straight away. I don't know anything like this from a pharmacy and I really have to mention it here in a particularly positive way. Small drawback: the older men should rather leave the field to the young women or cut a slice from the women. The gentlemen are rather dry and unfortunately fulfill the old-fashioned cliché of a pharmacy.
