R	Ric P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe eine bei Fenzl gekaufte optische Sonnenbrille im Auto gelagert und 3x getragen. Durch die Hitze im Auto fielen die Gläser aber der Hitze zum Opfer. Das wusste ich nicht, dass darauf zu achten ist. Bei meiner Reklamation wurde ich zufällig vom Chef betreut. Der meinte, dass das im Heftchen steht, das man beim Brillenkauf mitbekommt. Sorry, wer liest so etwas? Und von einem Fachgeschäft erwartet man speziell beim Kauf einer Sonnenbrille, dass auf die Gefahr eines Hitzeschadens hingewiesen wird. Die werden nämliche viele im Auto liegen haben. Wenn sie nur verkaufen wollen und der Kunde soll sich selbst alles herauslesen, dann kann man auch zu günstigeren Ketten gehen oder online bestellen. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt war ich mit dem Geschäft über Jahre sehr zufrieden I stored optical sunglasses I bought at Fenzl in the car and wore them 3 times. Ich hatte noch nie eine derart gut sitzende, harmonisch zu meinem Gesicht passende, korrekt eingestellte Sehhilfe. Die Kosten sind nicht anders als bei grossen Ketten. Zusätzlich durfte ich das ausgewählte Modell übers Wochenende zu Hause Probetragen. Service, Kundenfreundlichkeit und Qualität auf höchstem Niveau, bei allen Mitarbeitern mit denen ich in Kontakt kam! Ich werde in Zukunft nur mehr bei Fenzl meine Sehhilfen kaufen! Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Verkaufsraum wurde sogar etwas erneuert vor kurzem. Sehr gute Produktauswahl und Beratung. Small sales room that is still very nice and sufficient. Und die Brillen vom billigerem Mitbewerb waren bei mir auch schneller kaputt. Nice and competent service. Glasses are of course cheaper elsewhere. There is no advice for that. And the glasses from cheaper competitors broke faster for me.
