V	Val W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlich waren sie auf alle Fälle in der Filiale, jedoch bin ich mit der Leistung absolut unzufrieden. Ich würde mit meinem Problem, das eigentlich nicht meines sein sollte sondern das des dortigen Optiker teams alleine gelassen und konnte jetzt für 40€ die Dienste eines anderen Optiker in Anspruch nehmen. Service sieht für mich anders aus. They were definitely friendly in the branch, but I am absolutely dissatisfied with the service. I would be left alone with my problem, which should not be mine but that of the optician team there, and could now use the services of another optician for 40 €. Service looks different to me.
V	Veronika Bammer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selten bin ich so unfreundlich und respektlos behandelt worden. Wollte Passfotos machen lassen und um ebensolche gebeten. Ich wurde 5 Mal gefragt "was für Fotos?" Ich habe die Frage nicht verstanden, da ich einfach nur "Passfotos" brauchte. Der Mitarbeiter war herablassend weil ich die Länder spezifischen EU-Bildvorgaben nicht kannte, und hat in einem Ton mit mir gesprochen der mehr als unangebracht war. Im Endeffekt wurde ich obendrein auch noch als Rassistin betitelt. I have seldom been treated so rude and disrespectful. Wanted to have passport photos taken and asked for them. I was asked 5 times "what kind of photos?" I didn't understand the question because I just needed "passport photos". The employee was condescending because I did not know the country-specific EU image requirements and spoke to me in a tone that was more than inappropriate. In the end, I was called a racist on top of that.
H	Hana Walter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Seniorin habe ich mir ein neues Smartphone beim Hartlauer gekauft. Ich bin sehr zufrieden über die großartige Beratung in der Brillen und Handy Abteilung. Der Herr Kaldaras und die Frau Sarah haben mir den Einstieg zur Benutzung des Smartphones immer wieder liebenswürdig sehr geholfen. Ich werde auch in Zukunft in diese Filiale regelmäßig besuchen. Ein großes Lob geht auch an die Frau Tettinger. As a senior citizen, I bought a new smartphone from Hartlauer. I am very satisfied with the great advice in the glasses and mobile phone department. Mr. Kaldaras and Mrs. Sarah have always been very kind and helpful in getting me started using the smartphone. I will continue to visit this branch regularly in the future. Kudos also go to Ms. Tettinger.
M	Marcus Anders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz vorherigem Anruf im Geschäft, mit der Frage ob sie Passfotos an diesem Tag machen, wurde dann vor Ort die Auskunft gegeben, da hat sich wohl wer geirrt- leider unnötiger Zeitaufwand, wäre vermeidbar, wenn das Personal richtige Auskünfte gibt:-( Despite calling the shop beforehand, asking whether they would take passport photos on that day, the information was given on site that someone was wrong - unfortunately, unnecessary expenditure of time could be avoided if the staff provided correct information :-(
m	martin Les on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier gibt es ein super freundliches junges Optik Team. Meine brille war gebrochen und ich war verzweifelt. Eine Optikerin hat mir die Brille gleich repariert. Ich war so begeistert über das schnelle Service, dass ich mir während ich gewartet habe gleich 2 neue Brillen habe machen lassen!!! There is a super friendly young optics team here. My glasses were broken and I was desperate. An optician repaired my glasses straight away. I was so excited about the fast service that I had 2 new glasses made while I was waiting!
S	Stefanie Çelik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beschissenstes Geschäft in ganz Wien....schickt dich mit einem 4 Monaten alten Kind weg da er jetzt keine Passfotos machen kann....sagt noch fahrts Mariahilferstrasse....ein Witz wirklich...Geschäft war leer nicht 1 Kunde....ausserdem meinte er, er kann keine Fotos machen weil er die Kassa nicht verlassen darf....komisch wie wir das Geschäft betreten haben war niemand bei der Kassa....sondern irgendwo im Geschäft...und als wir wütend und schimpfen dass er uns mit Baby wegschicken das Geschäft verlassen haben...kam er vors Geschäft zum zurück schimpfen...wer war da bei der Kassa??? Wenn man keine Lust auf Arbeiten hat soll man es sagen und fertig...komme seit Jahren extra vom 10ten zu diesem Hartlauer weil ich so zufrieden war aber jetzt nicht mehr....so respektlos und unmotiviert wurde ich noch nie behandelt.... Shittest shop in all of Vienna....sends you away with a 4 month old child because he can't take passport photos now....says go Mariahilferstrasse....a joke really...shop was empty not 1 customer. ...he also said he couldn't take any photos because he wasn't allowed to leave the cash register....strange as we entered the shop, there was no one at the cash register....but somewhere in the shop...and when we got angry and scold that he left the shop with us sending the baby away...he came back in front of the shop to scold...who was there at the cash desk??? If you don't feel like working, you should say so and that's it... I've been coming to this Hartlauer from the 10th for years because I was so satisfied but not anymore... I've never been treated so disrespectfully and unmotivated... .

Deshalb habe ich mich zumächst bei einem Konkurrenzunternehmen umgesehen, jedoch war die Beratung dort nicht zufriedenstellend, sodass ich zu Hartlauer gewechselt habe und dort - glücklicherweise - auf Herrn Romstorfer getroffen bin. Dieser hat mit Engelsgeduld sich meines Problems angenommen und mich bis heute sehr gut betreut, sodass ich ihn allen Bekannten selbstverständlich weiterempfehle. So engagierte Mitarbeiter sind nicht so häufig zu finden! I had to get a hearing aid because of a sudden hearing loss. That's why I first looked around at a competing company, but the advice there wasn't satisfactory, so I switched to Hartlauer and - fortunately - met Mr. Romstorfer there. He took on my problem with the patience of an angel and has looked after me very well to this day, so that I would of course recommend him to all of my friends. It's hard to find such committed employees!
