Ich hatte einen Longbob der über die Schulter ging und beim Friseur wollte ich mir lediglich die Spitzen schneiden (zusätzlich wurden sie auch getönt) und sagte noch, dass ich den Schnitt behalten und sie mir wachsen lassen möchte. Aus diesem Wunsch wurde ein 10 cm kürzerer, verschnitterer, schiefer Kurzhaarschnitt. Die kürzesten Haare hören bei den Ohren auf und die Stufen sind grob geschnitten und schief. Ich kann mir nicht einmal mehr komplett die Haare zubinden, auf der rechten Seite fallen sie heraus. Schon während dem Schneiden machte ich sie darauf aufmerksam, dass es mir etwas zu kurz wird. Die Friseurin versuchte diesen noch bis eine halbe Stunde nach Ladenschluss zu retten - vergeblich. Geld für den Schnitt gab es auch nicht zurück.. Ich bin wirklich unglücklich mit dem Ergebnis und der Blick in den Spiegel ist keine Freude. I strongly advise against the hairdresser. I had a longbob over my shoulder and at the hairdresser I just wanted to cut the tips (in addition they were also tinted) and still said that I want to keep the cut and let them grow me. This desire was a 10 cm shorter, schitterling, slate short haircut. The shortest hair stops at the ears and the steps are roughly cut and crooked. I can not even tie my hair completely, they fall out on the right side. Already during the cutting, I pointed out that it was a bit too short for me. The hairdresser tried to save this until half an hour after closing time - in vain. There was also no money back for the cut .. I'm really unhappy with the result and the look in the mirror is no joy.
B	Benjamin Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der dm ist gut sortiert und Preis-Leistung ist auch gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich. Der Frisör ist bedingt empfehlenswert. Die Qualität der MitarbeiterInnen ist leider etwas ungleich. Manche schneiden die Haare gut, andere gerade noch akzeptabel. Mit dem Preis ging es zuletzt auch noch einmal hoch. Deswegen ein Stern Abzug. The dm is well stocked and value for money is good too. The staff are all very friendly. The hairdresser is conditionally recommendable. The quality of the staff is unfortunately a bit uneven. Some cut the hair well, others just acceptable. The price went up again last time. That's why a star deduction.

P	Phil Spaß on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs in this location are all very friendly and helpful. You do see some crazy customers here still don't wear mask when shopping. The staff here always remind them with a smile. This is by far one of my favourite DM location in Vienna
