b	behnam jaffi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNFASSBAR!! Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen kann ich keine Maske tragen. Natürlich habe ich auch ein ärztliches Attest diesbezüglich stets immer bei mir und weise diesen bei Bedarf vor. Herr Riegler ist allerdings der Ansicht, dass er neben seiner Funktion als mein behandelnder Orthopäde noch mehr Bestimmungsrecht besitzt. Seit September bin ich nun bei ihm in Behandlung und have bei meinen Besuchen nie eine Maske getragen. Letzten Freitag (10.12.2021) weigerte sich Herr Riegler mich jedoch weiterzubehandeln. WIESO HAT ER DIE BEHANDLUNG GESTARTET? Dank ihm kann ich nun auch nicht zu einem anderen Orthopäden in diesem Quartal und Zeit entscheidet, ob ich ein künstliches Knie benötigen werde. Wenn ein Mensch mir künstliche Knie verursacht, werde ich es auch bei ihm tun. Gleiches Recht für alle Menschen ;) INCOMPREHENSIBLE!! For health reasons I cannot wear a mask. Of course, I always have a doctor's certificate with me and show it if necessary. However, Mr. Riegler is of the opinion that in addition to his function as my treating orthopedic surgeon, he has even more rights of determination. I've been in treatment with him since September and have never worn a mask on my visits. Last Friday (December 10th, 2021), however, Mr. Riegler refused to treat me further. WHY DID HE START TREATMENT? Thanks to him, I can't go to another orthopedic surgeon this quarter and time will decide whether I'll need an artificial knee. If someone gives me artificial knees, I'll do the same for them. Equal rights for all people;)
L	La YoMal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor kurzem war ich beim Dr riegl, ich wollte einen Termin ausmachen..plötzlich schreit er auf ein patient dann war ich sofort weg. Schlechte erfahrung. dieser artzt ist nicht nett , unfreundlich. Bitte nicht weiter empfehlen / schrecklich I was recently at Dr Riegl's, I wanted to make an appointment ... suddenly he screamed at a patient and then I was gone immediately. Bad experience. this doctor is not nice, unfriendly. Please do not recommend / horrible
S	Suzana Nedeljkovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr sehr sehr enttäuscht! Meine Mama und ich sind seit vielen Jahren bei Hr. Dr. Redwan, noch wo er in der Ordination im 23sten gearbeitet hat. Waren heute bei Ihm und nie wieder! 1. Man macht sich einen telefonischen Termin für 3 Personen aus (wie immer) und bekommt den Termin am 7.12 um 8 Uhr 2. Kommt man an, erfahre ich Nein Ihr Termin ist nicht um 8 sondern um 8.10 gut, mein Gott 10min sind egal. Danach sagt die verrückte gemeine, unkompemtente und unhöfliche Asisstentin die aus Bosnien ist wir haben nur 2 Patienten notiert anstatt drei, und wieso? Das kann keiner beantworten, dann sagte diese unhöffliche und sehr freche Frau doch erst um 8.20 Also man kommt sich sehr verarscht vor. 3. Beginnt die mit mir zu diskutieren und das ziemlich laut, kommt der Arzt hinaus und meinte wir sollen leiser sein, sagte ich nur drauf ja sagen sie das ihrer Assistentin, wobei sie begonnen hat sich gleich aufzuregen. Dr. Redwan sagte nur, wenn es ihnen nicht passt dann wechseln sie den Orthopäden gut machen wir auch. Dr. Redwan, ich sage danke für knappe 10 Jahre Vertrauensverlust und Enttäuschung Die Dame aus Bosnien, kleines, du brauchst eine gescheite Gehirnwäsche.. sowie halbwegs einwenig anstand, Respekt und Höflichkeit. Unfortunately, very, very, very disappointed! My mom and I have been with Mr. Dr. Redwan, still working in the ordination on the 23rd. Were with him today and never again! 1. You make a telephone appointment for 3 people (as always) and get the appointment on December 7th at 8 am 2. If you arrive, I find out no. Your appointment is not good at 8 but 8:10, my God 10 minutes do not matter. Then the crazy, mean, incompetent and rude assistant who is from Bosnia says we only noted 2 patients instead of three, and why? Nobody can answer that, then this impolite and very cheeky woman didn't say anything until 8:20 am So you feel very ripped off. 3. If she starts to discuss with me and it's pretty loud, the doctor comes out and said we should be quieter, I just said yes, tell your assistant that, and she started to get upset right away. Dr. Redwan only said, if it doesn't suit you, then change the orthopedic surgeon, we'll do it too. Dr. Redwan, I say thank you for almost 10 years of loss of confidence and disappointment The lady from Bosnia, little one, you need a clever brainwashing .. as well as a little decency, respect and courtesy.
V	Vicky Rado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war bei Dr. Riegler und habe als Außenstehende miterlebt, wie ein Patient wegen seiner Maskenbefreiung deformiert worden ist. Es wurde von ihm verlangt, trotz seines ärztlichen Attestes, die Ordination zu verlassen, wenn er die Maske nicht aufsetzt. Ein Arzt, der sich an keine ethischen und moralischen Grundprinzipien hält gehört meines Erachtens nach die Lizenz entzogen. So einem Arzt sein Vertrauen zu schenken ist mehr als wie bedenklich. I was with Dr. Riegler and, as an outsider, I witnessed how a patient was deformed because he had been removed from his mask. Despite his medical certificate, he was required to leave the ordination if he did not put on the mask. In my opinion, a doctor who does not adhere to any basic ethical or moral principles should have his license withdrawn. To put your trust in such a doctor is more than questionable.

Seit drei Wochen warte ich auf den Termin und ich bin an der ganzen Wirbelsäule operiert worden habe am Telefon extra sogar gesagt, dass ich nicht lange sitzen kann oder stehen kann, dann geh ich hin und dir eine blonde Empfangsdame war freundlich hat auch mit ihr gesprochen das ich vor gehe und die andere war so unfreundlich und so unorganisiert also das hat nicht mal ein Stern verdient…. So lange gewartet umsonst, sehr enttäuscht!!! Und dann sagt sie noch ja bei einem Kassen Orthopäden ist das normal hallo ? Gehts noch ?? Wie gesagt nicht empfehlenswert Don't go!! I've been waiting for the appointment for three weeks and I've had an operation on my entire spine, I even said on the phone that I can't sit or stand for long, then I'll go and a blonde receptionist was friendly and spoke to her too that I go ahead and the other one was so unfriendly and so unorganized so that didn't even deserve a star…. Waited so long for nothing, very disappointed!!! And then she says yes, at a health insurance orthopedist, is that normal, hello? Are you crazy ?? As I said, not recommended

Derdimizi anlattık ama dinletemedik. Yazık. My wife made an appointment using my email, giving her name and insurance number. We went at the appointment time, but we could not be examined. We told our problem, but we could not listen. What a pity.
