When I was shopping for a power supply for my laptop I had to deal with an unfriendly, unwilling employee. When I asked for a measuring tape or a ruler to measure the connector he didn't want to help me. Only a second employee helped me out with ruler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 3 foam inserts for the festool cases on 25.03.2021. I paid the order via "Sofort Uberweisung" and didn't got any confirmation email of any kind (you can see the bank transfer details and also orders screenshot of the last 24 months). Order was supposed to be ready for collection in a day or two if I remember correctly. Eight days later I called service center to inform about the order and they found it in their system. Now I have to wait until 06.04. because it is lockdown and they cant give me any information when it will be available for collection.
I am giving 1 star review because I didn't get an apology of any kind from any of the two persons that I spoke to. Now since it is a lockdown I have to wait even more to get it. It is an issue when man has time to organize things in a moment and can not do it because of someone else's fault. We all make mistakes but making some without compassion or self-awareness's shouldn't occur. Since there are two unrelated persons involved in this "incident" it is more of a Company's internal policy/inductions issue than of a personal level.
