Nachdem die Geschäftsführung darüber informiert wurde, kein Wort der Entschuldigung.... würde einfach darüber hinweg gesehen.... bekanntlich fängt der Fisch ja beim zu stinken an... Catastrophic, unfriendly staff. After the management has been informed, not a word of apology .... would just seen over it .... well known the fish starts to stink ...

Ich hoffe, ich brauche mich nicht mehr melden (da Fahrrad läuft) aber wenn, weiß ich dass auf Happy Bike 100% Verlass ist. Great service, nice staff, friendly phone support. I hope I do not have to report any more (because bike is running) but if I do, I know that 100% of Happy Bike is reliable.

Irgendwann ist meine Geduld auch mal am Ende! Waiting for spare parts is amazing. Wait 3 months for it and still nothing ..... Now the summer is over too! At some point my patience will run out!

Ich Arbeite mit dem Rad und daher brauche ich eine schnelle Reparatur. Super service ich konnte alles per Telefon klären und hab sofort erhalten was ich gesucht habe. Weiter so 10 sterne ? Little story: I went to 10 bicycle workshops for a simple repair, none of which wanted to take care of the matter. I work with the bike, so I need a quick fix. Great service I was able to clarify everything over the phone and immediately received what I was looking for. Keep it up 10 stars ?

Aber nachdem Fischer endlich den Auftrag an Happy Bike weitergeleitet hatte, ging alles sehr schnell und professionell. Der Mitarbeiter der mein Fahrrad repariert hat war freundlich, kompetent, hat mir alles gut erklärt und sauber gearbeitet. Das war wirklich eine tolle Dienstleistungserfahrung, sowohl mit dem Techniker persönlich als auch mit der Firma insgesamt! My e-bike had an engine failure. The communication with Fischer himself was catastrophic. But after Fischer finally passed the order on to Happy Bike, everything went very quickly and professionally. The employee who repaired my bike was friendly, competent, explained everything to me well and worked cleanly. That was really a great service experience, both with the technician personally and with the company as a whole!
