Ich finde es hervorragend, für Innsbruck TOP?, Sehr gerne wieder. Service könnte besser sein. Gutes gelingen.

Das ehemalige "Boy's Inn" hat sich inzwischen vom einfachen Bed and Breakfest zum gastronomischen Hotspot in der Innenstadt entwickelt. Gekonnt und mit Schmackes serviert "der Boy" alles von vegan über paleo bis hipster. Gratuliere zu dieser gelungenen Wandlung, 5 Sterne plus!

Köstliches Essen, gemütliche Atmosphäre, keine Möbel. Egal, ob man ein gemütliches Kaminfeuer oder das Rauschen des Meeres bevorzugt, bei Hanny's kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Hier kann man mit Freunden Weihrauch aus dem Oman genießen, Kräuter inhalieren und die Heilung erfahren. Einfach toll, sieht man auch nicht allen tagen...

Wir konnten das kulinarische Team des Hanny's bei einem Gastspiel im Hotel Zugspitz erleben. Das Essen war hervorragend - vor Allem die authentischen italienischen Gerichte kann man so höchsten vieleicht noch in San Pancrazio (unweit von Durago di Dentro) erleben.Gerne wieder!

Die Jakobsmuschel war perfekt, das Steak perfekt medium rare (wie bestellt), die Beilagen zum Steak waren hervorragend - dem Essen klare 5+ Sterne... Leider waren unsere Gläser nicht sauber, deswegen vorerst 1 Stern Abzug - wurden auf Wunsch aber sofort poliert, damit gebe ich den Stern gerne wieder dazu. Jederzeit wieder!!

On a business trip from Milan to Munich, we decided to have a quiet time in Innsbruck en route. A very high profile friend from the area gave us a very nice tip where to eat. The place is called Hanny’s. The room, although void of furnitures(we sat on carpets and bean bags, how cosy!) is simply entrancing. We were ushered in by a tall, sympathic tattooed guy. In the background , a strangely entertaining trance music. From the next room came the heavenly smell of freshly baked bread. And I am just talking about the home made PIZZA dough, you guys! The pizza definitely is the star of Hanny’s. The ingredients are very rudimentary, unlike your common commercialized pizza, but in one chunky bite, the wonderful flavors melt in your mouth with every titillating tones of incredible! Capers olives mozzarella cheese oregano tomatoes South Tyrol smoked ham and extra virgin olive oil that comes only from century-old olive trees from the south of Italy. Hanny’s offer an array of drinks and refreshments but we opted to taste their house wine. For its reasonable price, it is very damn good! For the dessert, we waited perversely like dogs salivating for a bone. In the kitchen, the Chef does his magic on the black forest cake. Madonna! Creamy, smooth chocolatey and the cherry is out of this world! When people say this is to die for, then we died and came back to life once more to eat it over and over again! The charm of Hanny’s lies not only on its exquisite and mouth-watering food but also its boldness to create a well-put together atmosphere where you share and enjoy delicious food and being pushed and animated to like a nirvana kind of experience. All of these is being supported by visual effects, music and sounds like amplified history from early medieval Northern Europe. Its wonderful location in the heart of Innsbruck with amazing views also gives it a full advantage! Hanny’s is not one to miss out! Swing by in this one of a kind place when you are in Innsbruck! Worth every euro ❤️❤️❤️! Definitely coming back!
