U	Udo John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren zum ersten Mal am Achensee ,so auch in den Michl Stuben Maurach. Wir hatten Online das 5 Gänge Überraschungsmenü am Sonntag bestellt. Wir wurden vom Kellner Frederic freundlich begrüßt und an den Tisch begleitet und auf das Menü kompetent vorbereitet ,außerdem empfahl er uns die passenden Weine. Das Menü war vom Gruß aus der Küche bis zum Dessert fantastisch, kreativ , überraschend und Regional bezogen . Einfach Spitzenklasse , wir waren begeistert ! Eines der besten Menüs, das wir bis jetzt genießen durften. Ihr Restaurant ist jeden Feinschmecker nur zu empfehlen. Als krönender Abschluss besuchte Richard Bracklow jeden Tisch ,nicht immer üblich. Danke für das Erlebnis ! Were at the Achensee for the first time, also in the Michl Stuben Maurach. We had ordered the 5-course surprise menu on Sunday online. We were greeted warmly by the waiter Frederic and escorted to the table and onto the menu competently prepared, he also recommended the right wines to us. From the greeting from the kitchen to the dessert, the menu was fantastic, creative, surprising and fantastic Regionally sourced. Simply top class, we loved it! One of the best menus we have enjoyed so far. Her restaurant can only be recommended to every gourmet. As a grand finale, Richard Bracklow visited every table, which is not always the case. Thanks for the experience!

Ein kleines Highlight sind die verschiedenen Öle vor Start des Menüs. Weiter so, Michl Stub‘n Top restaurant with very personal service. I've been there several times and I'm impressed every time. Toller Service, schönes Ambiente. Sogar der Koch schaut mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten vorbei. Wir werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen. Die Region kann stolz sein so eine außergewöhnliche Küche anbieten zu können. Nochmals danke für den tollen Abend bei euch. What can I say, a treat for the palate. We are still absolutely thrilled with our surprise menu. A taste explosion through and through. Great service, nice ambience. Even the chef drops by with small delicacies. Der Koch war vor und nach dem Essen persönlich da, war sehr angenehm. Das essen war phänomenal, mir fehlen die Superlativen dafür. Die Karte wechselt ständig. Wenn man hier im 4 Jahreszeiten ist MUSS man hier zum essen gehen. We had the surprise menu and it was fantastic. The waiters were very nice and presented the dishes very well. The cook was personally there before and after the meal and was very pleasant. The food was phenomenal, I miss the superlatives for it. The map changes constantly. If you are here in the 4 seasons you MUST go to eat here.

Der liebenswürdige und äußerst kompetente Service durch Frederic, der uns mit seinen fundierten Weinkenntnissen die beste Begleitung bot. Die Gerichte alle durchwegs saisonal, möglichst regional und nachhaltig komponiert. Präsentation und Geschmack waren außergewöhnlich gut. Der ebenfalls liebenswürdige Küchenchef Richie nahm sich die Zeit und kam persönlich an den Tisch mit einem kleinen süßen Gruß zum Abschluss. Ein wunderbarer Abend! We ordered the 5-course surprise menu. It was a nice surprise in every way. The gracious and extremely competent service by Frederic, who offered us the best accompaniment with his in-depth knowledge of wine. The dishes are all seasonal, regionally and sustainably composed as possible. Presentation and taste were exceptionally good. The also amiable chef Richie took the time and came to the table personally with a small, sweet greeting at the end. A wonderful evening!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff with great English - we sampled the Austrian red wines rather than go with the whites and were rewarded. All that and very reasonable prices.
