★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren vorige auf Urlaub am Hafnersee, Handy in den See gefallen, einen Tag später gefunden und aufgetaucht, Besichtigung von Klagenfurt, bei der Gelegenheit in diesem Shop vorbei geschaut, Mitarbeiter hat uns das Handy geöffnet um zu schauen wie es drinnen aussieht, haben Handy dann zuhause trocknen lassen, jetzt funktioniert wieder alles. Ohne die spontane, freundliche und sogar kostenlose Hilfe wäre es jetzt wahrscheinlich zu spät und damit kaputt gewesen. Daher ein großes Dankeschön an das Team und eine ganz klare Empfehlung!!! Haben sogar eine Luftpolsterfolie dazu erhalten. Super sympathische, freundliche, hilfsbereite und kompetente Mitarbeiter!!! :-) Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals und Grüße aus Niederösterreich/ Wien!
Previously were on vacation at Hafnersee, cell phone dropped into the lake, found and turned up a day later, visit of Klagenfurt, at the opportunity stopped by this shop, employee opened the cell phone for us to see what it looks like inside, then have cell phone Let it dry at home, now everything works again. Without the spontaneous, friendly and even free help, it would probably have been too late now and therefore broken. So a big thank you to the team and a very clear recommendation! We even received a bubble wrap. Super personable, friendly, helpful and competent employees! :-) Many thanks again and greetings from Lower Austria / Vienna!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein iPhone (pro Version) fiel auf den Boden und das Display ist kaputt gegangen.
Ich war bei verschiedenen Anbietern in Klagenfurt vor Ort um Angebote einzuholen.
Handycity waren die EINZIGEN die mich kompetent beraten haben.
-Sie haben mich über Fehlermeldungen nach der Reparatur (ab 11er Vision) des Displays aufgeklärt
-Angeboten zuerst nachzusehen ob FaceTime, Kamera etc noch funktionieren und sich ein eine Reparatur überhaupt auszahlt.
Wie sich herausgestellt hat, zahlte sich eine Reparatur vom Display leider nicht aus, da die Schäden am Gerät zu enorm gewesen sind. Alle anderen Anbieter wollten das Handy sofort reparieren ohne einen Check zu machen.
Danke vielmals, so habe ich mir mehrere Hunderte Euros erspart.
My iPhone (pro version) fell on the ground and the display broke.
I was on site with various providers in Klagenfurt to get offers.
Handycity were the ONLY ones who gave me competent advice.
-You informed me about error messages after the repair (from 11er Vision) of the display
-Offered to first check whether FaceTime, camera, etc. are still working and whether a repair pays off at all.
As it turned out, repairing the display didn't pay off because the damage to the device was too great. All other providers wanted to repair the cell phone immediately without doing a check.
Thank you very much, I saved myself several hundred euros that way.

Das Personal von Handycity waren sehr kompetent und freundlich. Sie sind auf meinem Bedürfnis eingegangen und sie haben es innerhalb 1Stunde verlässlich repariert. I was very distressed with my cell phone after going to Sudpark handbook and getting very bad customer service. The staff at Handycity were very knowledgeable and friendly. They listened to my need and they fixed it reliably within 1 hour. I am very satisfied with the service and the performance. Carry on and thank you very much.
