Das Display wurde mir dann ausgetauscht, allerdings stellte sich heraus, dass auch die Kamera und einige weiter Dinge seit dem Sturz nicht so richtig funktionierten. Daraufhin wurde mir ein neues Handy angeboten, wobei mir die vorher bezahlten Reperaturkosten angerechnet wurden. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Beratung, sehr bemüht für den Kunden eine Lösung zu finden. I thought I would have to buy a new cell phone, within an hour it was like new again and an expensive armored glass film was included for free.
