Service ist super und man kann auch kurzfristig vorbeikommen und zum Beispiel bei der Brille was zurechtbiegen lassen. You are approached and advised in a very friendly manner. Service is great and you can also drop in at short notice and have things bent, for example, with your glasses.

Wenn man eine kaputte Apple Watch (lädt nicht mehr) auf Gewährleistung einsenden will (was laut Apple KOSTENLOS ist), sagen Sie das ist sowieso nicht kostenlos, weil das Gerät an McShark geht und die 40-50€ Kostenvoranschlag muss man zahlen. Sowas wäre mir bei Amazon nie passiert. Schade das ich Regional eingekauft habe. Den Fehler werde ich bestimmt NICHT mehr machen. Poor service! If you want to send in a broken Apple Watch (no longer charges) for warranty (which is FREE according to Apple), say it is not free anyway because the device goes to McShark and you have to pay the € 40-50 estimate. That would never have happened to me at Amazon. It's a shame that I bought regional items. I will definitely NOT make that mistake again.

Schon selbst auf Empfehlung habe ich mich in der Filiale Freistadt bezüglich eines neuen Handys Mitte Oktober 2021 beraten lassen und war äußerst zufrieden mit der geduldigen und umfassenden Beratung von Herrn Pammer, dessen Namen ich hier nicht unerwähnt lassen möchte. Schließlich gab es beim Einrichten des Handys Probleme und auch dann war Herr Pammer zur Stelle und hat hier sehr großes Engagement bei der Wiederherstellung der Daten gezeigt. Ich werde wieder kommen und empfehle den Kundenservice, den man in dieser Filiale bekommt. Anmerkung: Das Problem beim Einrichten des Handys lag nicht am Handy oder daran, dass es Hartlauer eingerichtet hat. Leider habe ich es zuerst versucht. Extremely competent, patient and friendly advice. I can really recommend the branch in Freistadt. Even on the recommendation of the Freistadt branch, I asked for advice on a new cell phone in mid-October 2021 and was extremely satisfied with the patient and comprehensive advice from Mr. Pammer, whose name I would not like to leave unmentioned here.
