K	Kerstin Pöschl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie kann man nur so kundenunfreundlich sein. Ich habe am 13.11.2020 das Iphone 12 Pro frei ohne Vertrag um € 1.159,00 gekauft. Als ich fragte ob es bis Weihnachten da sei (Lockdown wo der Hartlauer aber nicht zu hat sondern geöffnet) wurde ich frech angegrinst und mir wurde gesagt 3-4 Werktage.. (ich fragte deshalb weil bei meinem Iphone X bekam ich auch die Antwort und ich habe ebenfalls 9 Wochen drauf gewartet) Tja jetzt habe ich 8 Wochen darauf gewartet, es kam kein einziger Anruf das es einem Leid täte oder überhaupt einen Anruf das es nicht da ist oder kommt. Man wurde nie zurückgerufen! Jetzt bekommt man weder Prozente auf den Preis noch sonst ein entgegenkommen im Gegenteil man is sehr unfreundlich so wie wenn man sich nicht so anstellen sollte. Dann gings weiter der zuständige Herr Sonnleiter der am Telefon ja meinte ja wir lassen und was einfallen wegen der langen Wartezeit lässt sich ständig verleugnen, ist nicht da und ruft auch nicht zurück!!! Die Versicherung kann auch nicht umgeschrieben werden da man zuvor diese kündigen muss damit dann alle 3 Sachen versichert sind. (Habe bereits das Iphone X und die Apple Watch 5 versichert) Was natürlich 14 Tage dauern kann.. wo dann 3 Geräte Iphone X, Apple Watch 5 und Iphone 12 Pro obwohl schon 2 davon lfd. versichert sind in der Luft hängen ohne Versicherung. Diese 3 Geräte sind alle frei ohne Vertrag gekauft also weiß man was es für einen Wert hat bzw. geht auch hervor das ich gerne beim Hartlauer in Rohrbach WAR!!!!! Mir ging es nie um Prozente oder so was weil ich alles frei gekauft habe aber ein netter Anruf in der Wartezeit mit „Es tut uns leid für die Verzögerung“ hätte alles geändert stattdessen wird man links liegen gelassen. Scheinbar braucht man keine Kunden beim Hartlauer in Rohrbach! How can you be so unfriendly to customers. On November 13th, 2020 I bought the Iphone 12 Pro free without a contract for € 1,159.00. When I asked if it would be there by Christmas (lockdown where the Hartlauer is not closed but opened) I was grinned cheekily and was told 3-4 working days .. (I asked because with my Iphone X I also got the answer and I have also waited 9 weeks for it) Well now I have waited 8 weeks for it, there was not a single call that someone was sorry or even a call that it is not there or coming. You were never called back! Now you don't get a percentage on the price or anything else to meet you, on the contrary you are very unfriendly as if you shouldn't be in line. Then the responsible Mr. Sonnleiter went on who said yes on the phone yes we let go and what comes up because of the long waiting time can always be denied, is not there and does not call back! The insurance cannot be changed because you have to cancel it beforehand so that all 3 things are then insured. (I have already insured the Iphone X and the Apple Watch 5) Which of course can take 14 days .. where then 3 devices Iphone X, Apple Watch 5 and Iphone 12 Pro, although 2 of them are already insured, hang in the air without insurance. These 3 devices are all freely purchased without a contract so you know what its value or it also shows that I like to WAS at Hartlauer in Rohrbach !!!!! I never cared about percentages or anything because I bought everything for free, but a nice call while waiting with "We are sorry for the delay" would have changed everything instead. Apparently you don't need customers at Hartlauer in Rohrbach!
M	Michael Kainberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Handyversicherung abgeschlosen war nie die Rede von Selbstbehalt. Nach 1.5Jahren waren ein paar Sachen zu richten war dann Selbstbehalt zu zahlen. Wäre ich darüber informirt worden hätte ich keine Versicherung abgeschlossen. Und sehr lange Wartezeit bei Reperatur ca5 Wochen ,bei nachfrage wurde inmer gesagt kommt die nächsten 2Tage war leider erst nach 5Wochen Realität. Und nach der Reperatur nach 5Wochen waren auch nicht alle Probleme behoben. Leihandy wurde nur ein Beafon Handy anstelle von einem Samsung Handy. Welches sehr schlechte Leistung Kamera etc hatte. Und die Sd Karte funktionierte auch nicht. Leider war sie aber nachher defekt und wurde auch vom Samsung nicht mehr erkannt. Ich ersuchte um einen Vorschlag einer Entschädigung wurde aber keine Lösung angeboten. Finde ich sehr schade. Taking out mobile phone insurance was never a question of deductible. After 1.5 years a few things had to be straightened out and then a deductible had to be paid. If I had been informed about it, I would not have had any Insurance taken out. And very long waiting time for repairs about 5 weeks, when asked always said the next 2 days was only reality after 5 weeks. And after the repair after 5 weeks, not all problems were resolved. The loan cell phone was just a Beafon cell phone instead of a Samsung cell phone. Which very poor performance camera etc had. And the SD card didn't work either. Unfortunately, it was defective afterwards and was no longer recognized by the Samsung. I requested a proposal for compensation but no solution was offered. I think it's a shame.
